I had gotten 2 things from Aaron's in winder GA and I was on the auto payment to were it would be taken out of my bank account every time it was due well they would call me and tell me a few days after my account was due that my card didn't work but it would show on my bank app that it was taken out they would call me 3 or 4 times a day so I got tied of it and took my stuff back to them they would live my rud comment on my phone though a text message so I will not be going back there for anything else

This store is the worst. LAD the "manager" is completely off. They say they will "work" with you, and you call and try to get things worked out and 1. They call you before the store opens and when you call back no one answers. 2. You do everything they ask of you and it is still not enough. I've called and talked all I can, I'm left waiting on the staff here to do something. The ball is in your court LAD, you have no interest in working with anyone ever. You do nothing but lie and treat honest people horrible. Do not ever use this store or company or you will be left out in the rain. A family friendly company yeah right. LAD is a lier, don't waste your time.

I've been renting here for over 2 years now. I highly recommend Aaron's to anyone on a budget and the staff here are super friendly and willing to help anyway they can.

I got Family set with these guys and they were helpful at first making sure id have time to but always got an issue with them never putting on file information and end up calling me, covid is making money tight and I appreciate the people who were helping me but the last person who i spoke with just ended my buisness with them im over it not the first time I heard someone sayin aorons is a scam
