Can't say enough about how fast and easy our purchase was. Mark Sampson was easy to deal with over text to verify vehicle availability and pricing. The truck we purchased was priced aggressively for a certified unit, which gave us peace of mind about the purchase. The advertised(online) price is the price we paid. This was an out of state purchase, and they collected Texas taxes. Tracey in financing was fantastic as she knew we wanted to get driving as soon as possible. We were in the dealership less than 2hrs, which included the test drive.
Mark made sure to get us working with the Ford Pass app on our phones before we headed out. I realized afterwards that we never had to speak with a sales manager, which was great! We just worked with our sales-person and finance. All dealerships should be like this, transparent and easy to deal with.

Chris Melbourne did a great job selling us a used 2022 Toyota Highlander. He explained how to operate the SUV but we didn't learn it all. He seemed like he was in a hurry when he explained things.

What can I say about Akins Ford and Wild Willies Customs other than fantastic. From my initial reaching out to the dealership regarding a stock vehicle that I wanted to customize all the way to the delivery of the vehicle has been amazing. Philip and Spencer handled the purchasing of the vehicle and were both professional and very knowledgeable about their craft. They were very available and would return text or phone calls almost immediately. They were a pleasure to work with.
Caleb from the Wild Willies was a true inspiration to the design of my F250. He and I walked through the whole process, basically starting at the front and going through to the back discussing every aspect of the customization. My desire was to have a F250 customized with a lift and a Texas longhorn theme and he really hit it out of the ballpark. Truly professional and extremely knowledgeable and was easy to get things done.
And then there is the THE REAL DEAL NEAL, whose videos about their custom trucks are not only entertaining, but very informative. This is what got me hooked on Akins Ford initially. Watching the videos about the retro F250 was inspiring and made me want to deal with Akins Ford. He made several amazing videos about my truck and build.
Overall, the experience was amazing, and I will definitely do business with them in the future, and I have referred several people to them already.
