“Didn't get the guy's name but I will only ever use this company for all my towing needs. So Thursday 7/20 was a bad storm and a tree was across the road. Long story short I got stuck at 10pm.called my road side and sat till 1am when the company they sent got there then refused to pull me out without saying him over 300 dollars. And pulled off leaving me there. So when I could finally get someone to send me money to get pulled out this company came to the rescue and had me out in less than five mins. Great company”

“I recently had my Ford Expedition serviced at Akin Ford. I have to say my experience there was top notch. My service representative was Josh Moore. He immediately came up to me when I pulled up and helped get me checked in. He was super helpful and very polite. Josh made me feel as if I was the only customer he had that day, I felt like a VIP customer. I could tell he was super busy, but that didn’t stop him from making sure I was well taken care of and made sure all the things I needed done were addressed and then some. I felt he went over and beyond his actual duties. He also made sure my service was fine in a timely matter. I was in and out in less time than I expected. I will definitely be asking for Josh each time I come in. Thank you for not making my experience seem like a “chore” that I had to do!”

“Roger Jaket has worked on all my cars as well as my daughters. I bought a One owner 2002 Rodeo SL V-6 In 2013 with 132000 miles and I love it. Roger is a straight shooter and a Christian and won’t upsell and lie to you about things you don’t need. It is because of Roger my Rodeo has 208000 miles and except for servicing it still drives like new and it’s because of a new transmission we had to put in and regular maintenance and in-depth knowledge of my car that this is possible. I moved 2 hours away but I ONLY let Roger work on my car other than routine oil changes here locally. If that doesn’t say something about this shop and Roger Jaket nothing will. He will be in your ear constantly about keeping oil changes and other routine maintenance but he’s right. When I blew out my transmission on a bridge an hour away at sunset I called him in a panic because I had to leave it on the riverbank of Lake Lanier. He went the very next morning at sunrise and got it back to the shop. Who does that? What mechanic cares about his customers like that? He has literally saved me time and time again like when I locked my keys in my car and he turned around as he and his family were just on the road to their vacation and came and got my keys. I could go on and on about what Roger, Butch, and his many family members I’ve met over the years and how much I love and appreciate them but you get the picture. If I drive 2 HOURS for him to service, maintain and perform repairs I cannot stress enough he’s your guy for maintenance as well as major repairs.”

“I brought my Jeep to Akins Collision after being in an accident where another driver took a left turn in front of me. There was a lot of damage to my Jeep and many issues, but each time they were able to troubleshoot and fix anything. Unfortunately, in the end, there was too much damage and my insurance company decided to total my Jeep. Akins took great care of me all along the way. When there were issues with my insurance company, they loaned me one of their vehicles. When it was decided that my Jeep was totaled and my insurance company was low balling me on the settlement price, they put me in touch with Jordan Wooten of Wooten Umpire and Appraisals who got me another $10k over what my insurance company was offering. Tim Murphy and Tim Adels did a great job getting the Jeep back together and were always very helpful. When I needed documentation to fight with my insurance company, Elain Hunt (who is an absolute sweetheart) always provided what I needed as quickly as possible. The people at Akins Collision took much better care of me than my insurance company did. If you are ever in a car accident, take your car to Akins. They will go above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle.”
