“We can’t thank Ken and guys enough for helping us out of a bind. We were camping…several hours from home, and our battery started acting crazy. We went straight to O’Reilly’s for a battery, only to find out the battery swap was a little more complicated than we were willing to do on the fly. I called Ken based on a Google search, and he went out of his way to get our issue resolved very quickly. The customer service was outstanding. “The auto parts store is good, but the fact that they have a machine shop also is great. The guy in the machine shop is an old dude that actually knows what he's doing. I took a set of very expensive rotors to another place, and they absolutely butchered them. I didn't think they could be saved, but the guy in the machine shop attached to Carquest did a top notch job on my rotors. For those of you who know the difference between a good job vs. a bad job when it comes to rotors will definitely appreciate his work. He cleans the mating surfaces. He does an excellent job cutting the rotors with zero runout. And, he sands/scuffs the surface a bit. This isn't the O'Reilly auto parts treatment; no, this guy gets it, which is a rare thing these days. If he'll take good care of my rotors, he'll probably take good care of my other stuff, too. I'm gonna use this shop a lot more in the future.”

“I came by tonight and Ricky was wonderful. I have no clue about anything car related. My low beam light went out and I watched a YouTube video to change it at home and I had the wrong light. I came in aer Ricky. He brought me the bulb I needed and once I was still unsuccessful at trying, he replaced it for me. I was totally not expecting his kind gesture but it was so appreciated. It saved me plenty of time.”
