I am a caregiver for a customer of The Bank Of Ozarks. My client niece have Power of Attorney for her, said it on the check and also they have a copy on file. Just because the manager want the P.O.A to sign a paper that she did not think it was right because it not her account, they close the account. This customer is a member of Bank of Ozarks for over 70 years. All her bills are set up on auto pay and Bank of Ozarks close her account without notice. her water was turn off because the city get a return payment, her niece had to spend over fours hrs to get another bill straighten out. now she have to spend another day with teacher retirement and Social Security. This bank manager did not think about is customer and the effect it might have on her.
