I was concerned being the 10th customer in line with only one teller working behind the counter, serving customers in both the lobby line and drive through. Kim deserves an award for her ability to keep her calm and project positivity when she was the only teller available. What a stressful and unfair position to be put in professionally!! Tammy in the office was able to help me with my need. I was there for about 20 minutes. I felt terrible for the people waiting inside and in a long line of cars wrapped around the front of the building. I would definitely recommend this branch improve staffing to better serve your customers.

While the bank tellers at the front desk were kind and patient. Their branch leader was far from understanding. He was unpresentable to say the least. Very short and unprofessional. I don’t believe Truist would want someone like that representing their brand. I will not be banking with that branch while it is under his leadership.

Most unprofessional bankers ever. Sloppy dressers, barefooted and I don't give a damn attitude.

Worst customer service ever!! Sat a bank for an hour just for Tammy to be rude and gave me a number to be called which I already had did, and they told me at a different location I was able to do at the bank but this one specifically said that I couldn’t do so because Tammy didn’t want to do the work for it.

Horrible customer service . Racist actually . My account closed with them and instead of helping me out , they made me call a number that I already spoke with . The old ladies name is Tammy. She gave me the run around instead of calmly talking to me . The branch manager gave me false information . Unprofessional bank. Didn't want to talk to me after calling the number they told me too because she was afraid that I was going to do something to her . The Lord will fight for me ..

Extremely Horrible customer service, didn't even bother to actually try and fix my issue just straight up told me they could not help me, had to go to another branch and they fixed my issue without a problem and in no time.

I went in this branch to fix my online banking account. The manger told me the issue was corrected. I went home and it was not. So I called and she told me she would call me back, with the issue fixed. Three hours passed by and nothing so I call again and she told me she would call me again later. It’s now 10 minutes before closing and they answered finally after a couple attempts, just to tell me, they will do it tomorrow. Very unprofessional and made me feel very dismissed.

Worst bank ever! Never use Truist at any location but especially this one. The bank is built of robbing clients through unnecessary fees

I wish there was a 0 star option. David Shields is the most dishonest and arrogant bank manager I have ever dealt with. David Shilelds has a God complex and does not care about Truist customers in the least bit! Shame on whoever hired him as a bank manager! All of the employees (EXCEPT Bruce Quiggle) are so rude and not helpful at the Winder branch! Bruce should honestly be the bank manager, but apparently your company doesn't value customer service being of the upmost importantance. That is apparent! Truist has made that more than clear!Truist is now trying to say everyone is committing fraud and will hold your funds. If you have a check that is $5,000 or beyond DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR FUNDS into truist! DO NOT DEPOSIT ON MOBILE BANKING! THIS IS A SCAM! They will not give you an explanation as to why they are holding your funds after they deposit the funds into your account, they rip them straight back out and put a hold on your funds 8 to 11 days. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN NO EXPLANATION OTHER THAN I DEPOSITED MY CHECK ON MOBILE BANKING and that is why they are holding my funds. This is not a valid reason due to the fact the bank OFFERS THE BANKING DEPOSITS ONLINE AND ENCOURAGES TO USE MOBILE BANKING DEPOSITS. David Shields nor Truist cares about the fact that your account has been in good standing. David Shields nor Truist care about their customers PERIOD! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... GO TO ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OTHER THAN THIS BANK. I am now retaining a lawyer and probably will have to fight for the money that I earned! If this has happened to you... please reach out on this post. I will be starting a petition against the unlawful banking practices of Truist!

I dont think you can get any sorrier than Truist(not my bank by the way). Employees are very lazy. The only bank I have a problem of some sort with EVERY TIME I go in. And they are not for the customer in any way, form or fashion. Really cant understand how they are still in business.

I sat in this bank for an hour while the lady in the office, only one available, was with a customer however they were discussing recipes, family etc. While waiting I listened as a male teller, only one working, black hair and glasses with facial hair and an accent(manager should know exactly who I’m speaking of), berate and raise his voice at an elderly man that had a special needs kid with him. He actually stepped over to next que and helped someone else. The gentleman was a bit confused and just needed some help. Teller had this man so upset with the way he was treating him. It was disgusting the way he was treated. I was actually there to close an account and glad to be away from this financial institute. Stay clear of ANYONE that treats our elders this way because they think they can get away with it. Does not matter how short handed your help is, this was disgusting and should not be allowed.
