The store makes shopping effortless with convenient in-store, online, and in-app options. However, it can be hard to find salespeople to help, and there is usually a line at the jewelry and fragrance areas. Despite this, customers keep coming back for the deals and the ability to find outfits for the whole family.
I've been a Belk shopper for a long time, and get some great bargains there. Today, I got about $160 worth of merchandise, and using their digital coupons and Belk rewards, my total was only about $60 for quality name brand merchandise.

Kinda hard to find people to help you most of the time. And usually a line at the jewelry and fragrance areas. I keep coming back though so there's that.
