The facility includes a smaller infrared sauna available for an extra fee, with a clean area for its use. It also offers locker rooms with showers, though locker availability can sometimes be limited. The staff is very approachable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The gym offers group fitness classes, one-on-one and small group personal training, medical weight loss, and nutrition and wellness coaching. These paid programs, including training classes and nutritional guidance, receive high praise for delivering amazing, personalized results and attention. Childcare is also available. Nate was very informative when we were shopping around. So much that we decided to have our membership here. We felt this gym fit our needs the best. The staff are very friendly. The daycare is a definite plus.
