RATS in my unit . Those pics are rat droppings . Follow up they denied my claim because it was rodents from one of their other clients . They knew they had rats and never notified me

When I first dealt with Penny she seemed friendly. The last time I spoke with her she was very rude. I will not be returning to this location because of her attitude. I was never late on any payments nor did I do anything to deserve to be spoken to the way that I was. I have since moved my stuff out and found a better storage facility.

Penny is awesome! Always pleasant and helpful. After one of their routine checks of the storage units, she called to let me know that our unit had not been latched properly (which would’ve allowed it to be opened). Every transaction I’ve had with her has been great. Even though we no longer need the storage unit, if needed in the future, we will rent here because of her.
