Kolton is VERY RUDE. I come there often and buy pet food, I get the big cans of pedigree dog food and he throws them in bags. The next time it happens I’m throwing one back.

I’m leaving a review on my behalf of always having a problem with the manager (female) or the male employee who always works there, always rude for no reason. She yelled at an older gentlemen who was very calm to correct prices as advertised and she just came out yelling being nasty and telling him to calm down who was very calm unlike her, and I felt very bothered by how he was treated. The whole line of people were disgusted as well it was clear to see. Store is always SO SLOW one register barely open , and rude employees ! Fire the manager

My husband was refused services at this location because the ignorant male employee on duty at the Rockwell Church Rd. location thought my husband’s license was fake. The police had to be called and even with a police officer validating my husband’s license (that he’s used on several ocassions at this location) the employee still refused services, mocked my husband, and told him he was not allowed to come back to this location because he still believed the license was a fake. He has a valid driver’s license ID from a DMV. My husband even explained to the cop that he was diabetic and lost weight and that is why his face didn’t match well on the license. This was and is blatant discrimination. We will be contacting the Dollar General corporate office to file a formal complaint. This incident occurred at 7.5.24 approximately 5:00pm est.

I barely ever make reviews but I went to this location in 2/12/2024 around 7pm and there were two ladies, working a younger lady and an older lady. The older lady was being extremely mean to the younger lady and complaining about how much work she had to do and how she couldn’t do her work because the younger lady couldn’t sell cigarettes yet. After the younger lady walked away, I went up to the register and the older lady was mumbling under her breath, saying very rude, and mean things about the younger lady, and then said to me“Right?” And I said I don’t know and she looked back at me and said “you don’t know ?” She was very rude to me and I was very upset with the fact that she would treat Customer like that or a person in general she definitely needs to be fired. You do not need someone working for you. That does not know how to treat coworkers and Customers Correctly

the lady who was working today around 2:00pm new year’s eve (12/31/23) was so incredibly rude. i understand the frustration of having to work on new year’s eve, but don’t take it out on customers who are polite and respectful to you. this lady needs a job away from any customers because i’ve seen many other reviews that are similar to mine and have happened around the same time as this. and i’m sure there was a good reason she wasn’t wearing a name tag. she probably knows that she makes everyone want to write a bad review. i rarely write reviews but she really pissed me off. i came in being positive and polite and she was so rude and cold. she looked at us like we had 3 heads. the card machines freeze if you try to tap your card on the reader. and the self checkout was broken. so get the card machines fixed and make that cashier fix her rude looks and nasty attitude.

The worker that checked us out today was very rude, this is the second time and each time I was with my hispanic husband. She id's BOTH of us when he was purchasing cigarettes. Said it was a third party sell even though I didn't ask to get cigarettes or or anything of the sort. I didn't even have my darn teeth in its obvious I'm over 21! Which isn't the problem she's rude and racist. All the other workers there are nice and respectful. The store itself is understaffed. Something needs to be done about the one working today Nov 10 at 107pm.... it was not a third party sell if I didn't ask for them nor ask him to get them for me!

I moved here almost 3 years ago and I'm technically in the boonies, but Dollar General has milk, bread, butter, snacks, sandwich, meat, then everything else you need, including toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies. There really a lifesaver for me keeping me from having to go into Winder or Braselton when I run out of one thing or just want some snacks.Staff here Works there, but off, keeping inventory is daunting they always have new stuff coming in, check out, is easy with self check out. I often come in and I'm out in less than two minutes. Again, the staff is always there to help and they have energy drinks and coffee right there by the front door in the fridge on the right along with ice cream and other snacks people wanna run into and get out quick. Right behind the BP always crowded... OK 4 to 5 cars... But they've always been there for me. Highly recommend.!!!

CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS..I cannot stand this Dollar General anymore. I've emailed corporate multiple times and never gotten a response. The prices are all over the place at this store...the app is incorrect, the store shelves are incorrect, and the ads are incorrect. What rings up most of the time is completely different from what's listed in the store, or what's listed on the app or what's listed in the weekly flyer.. And the employees are absolutely clueless, they know nothing about the app and all they can do is scan it and they NEVER offer to help any other way. I am never coming here again. Plus the prices are REGULAR grocery store prices when you account for all mislabeling of sales you DONT get. I am HAPPY to shop at Publix from now on.

The absolute WORST dollar general I’ve ever been to. It’s always had issues of not being stocked and pallets all over the place not being broke down but it’s honestly the store closing it’s closed today at 11 in afternoon?? But it’s like this all the time just random throughout the week never at the actual time it closes. Their are some nice employees sometimes that really try to help you I don’t know names but there is a young man who is always super helpful but the lady manager is TERRIBLE she is constantly cussing her employees out in front of customers or people delivering product just yelling and cussing or outside talking to someone parked or on her phone. This location is a HELLISH nightmare. Save your time go to the one on east may street way better in every way possible
