Never purchasing a car from here again i got a 2013 Chevy Cruze from here and needed a new engine a month after buying and went to bobs to get an oil change now it’s leaking and they tell me there’s no leak. Also I have to get something fixed on this vehicle every month since I bought it . I only had the car for a year and they overprice you for these broke down cars!

Bought a 2017 Nissan that needed transmission service so I took it to bobs tire for service the place I'm told to have it serviced. Since taking it it leaks a quart of fluid every 50 or so miles. I took it back to bobs and was told it has no leak, but that I needed to spend 1600.00 for rack and pinion. I assume the rack and pinion must have went bad in 7 days. I have driven the car around 6500 miles in a little over a year. Bobs tells me to let red hot handle it, red hot tells me to let bobs handle it. Now driving my car will cost almost the same for gas and transmission fluid per mile.

Great prices and etc but when ur in a hardship to where u have to give it back they won't hesitate to take u to court lol but other than that I really liked there service. Just not something I'll do again hahahah also Daryll and April are awesome !!!

I have had NOTHING but trouble from this car , “we have helped as much as we can “ $19,000 car and there’s nothing you can do ? The car is worth $8,000 and my car note is $19,000 + $2,000 in WORK done to the car and it’s still messing up . DO NOT GET A CAR HERE !!!!

DONT BUY , they have trash cars . I got a car from there and the second day all types of lights starting going off including the engine light , also went to get it check out it’s the water pump and turbo which would be 3000 dollars to fix , THIS IS 2days after getting the car . When you address them about it they will tell you , you know it’s “AS IS” yeah that is correct but didnt know BROKE DOWN “as is” . Terrible customer service and terrible cars

Bought a car from here. Paid $300 a month for a four year loan, but still owe $6000. How does that math add up. But oh well they are taking me to court now, so see you guys there ?
