I’m a long time National executive member that rents from this Winder location from time to time. Before the re-location they never had issues with car availability. From my 3 times that I have rented at their new location, my reserved car was not available. My choice is either I go to the Gainesville location or wait until whenever the car is available.
This totally unacceptable. Pro tip: Do not rent from this location and go elsewhere. It’s close to my house and very convenient however due to lack of inventory and slow service I will be renting from Hertz.

I rented a car on Monday and pick up on Thursday @6pm. I showed up and no one acknowledged your existence. They all just look at you like you’re dumb. You have to talk to them first to even look at you and on top of that we told this one guy we were here to pick up the rental, he said he’ll get someone for us. Next thing you know I see this dude is walking to his car.. didn’t even come back to update us if anyone is coming out. We go and find someone named Jalen. Although I had to walk up to him first, he is a great worker, at least he introduced himself and talked to us about the rental. He let us know there isn’t a car available and it might be a hit or miss tmrw debating if they get a car in. However, I’m upset at the fact they couldn’t even give us a call prior to me coming to pick it up. I even gave them a call letting them know I was on the way and they didn’t even consider letting me know to not waste my time since there was no car for me. He did say they have been overbooked but you guys as a rental company, would you not think to call and give us a heads up..? On top of that I understand they close at 6, but don’t have a pick up time for 6pm available if the door is going to be locked and no one comes to help you. I have my trip tmrw, but I don’t have my car. Don’t waste ur time here, they have horrible communication skills and will ruin your trip before you even go. I cancelled with them and went to Herts. On top of that my rental at Hertz is cheaper than them!

I’d usually give this place a higher rating but not after my last rental. I picked my car up Friday afternoon and it was very quick. Which was awesome. Upon getting in the car the windshield fluid light came on no big deal. Next day I’m getting in the car and the low tire pressure light is on along with service due. I was unable to call the store due to them closing at 1pm and then the branch is closed on Sundays. I had a 3 hour trip the next day and that was the whole point of getting a rental. I put air in the tire hoping it wouldn’t turn back on. I go to leave Sunday morning for my trip and the tire is at 4 psi ON THE GROUND. I put air in it again . I didn’t see a nail or visible punctures so I assume it was a leak. So here Iam about to make a 3 hour drive hoping and praying nothing would happen. I arrived safely but had to pump my tire 2-3 times a day with my own money. I called to let them know on Monday and the young lady wasn’t very helpful she said I could come swap it but I was in a different state so that wasn’t possible. She apologies and said she would make notes on the account. Didn’t seem to be too concerned at all. This didn’t sit well with me so I called later and someone else picked up and I explained. He let me know I could go to a near by store and get a different car. Amazing. I attempted to do that but long story short not successful. I had to wait to get a tire repair at a shop. Frustrated is an understatement. I would expect all cars to be serviced and up to par before they are given to guest. Please do better.

We rent from them regularly for travel, but recently had to use them due to insurance claims (not our fault either time) and they took care of us with incredible customer service—even when the insurance was not! Thank you!

The people here are friendly, but the service does not meet expectations. The past several times I have rented at this location I show up to an extended wait. There is no ready line or available cars…it’s just reactive and turn when people walk in. I don’t understand why a time is requested on the reservation if there is no expectation of a vehicle being ready at that time. Maybe it’s low staffing and it certainly is hot outside so I should account for safety for those preparing cars, but this is twice in a row now that I will be stuck in traffic for an extended time as a result.

This the worst company ever!!!! Ruined my vacation. Had a van booked for a month and the day of pick up they called and said they didn’t have the van I rented, sent me to Cleveland, whic is an hour away. Got there and guess what…no van! Cleveland wouldn’t even help us either. Tried calling the Winder office multiple times and they kept hanging up on me. Requested that the Regional Manager call me but that hasn’t happened either! I wouldn’t use this company if it was the only rental place left. Terrible service!!! And no we never got a vehicle even though we had one reserved!!!!

Customer reps are amazing the area manager Garrett or Garrick is horrible! Been running around in circles due to an error on their end and he has been beyond unhelpful and would not recommend renting form any of the locations he “oversees”

This Enterprise location is always a slow service. Every time I’ve rented a car from them it takes quite a while because of low staffing and sometimes staff are in the back doing who knows what. Not very good at acknowledging/helping customers who first walk in. If you’re walking in to ask for a car they’re usually low stocked on available rentals so reserve ahead.

Excellent CS by staff! Calling out Taylor and Frank, great ppl, quick on feet, happy smiles. I've been renting Enterprise for the last 3 years now and I've always had an excellent experience with the Winder office.
I will always rent from you r rental car company. Keep up the excellent work. It's just that small details that make the most difference and make it such an enjoyable experience

The fact that they managed to find so many incompetent people and employ them all in one location blows my mind! This stores policys change from one employee to the next. And when asked why the only response they could come up with was "well I don't know about that!"
Only go here if you have a high tolerance to ignorance and stupidity because I promise other than a headache, that's all your getting from this location.
After two days of fighting with them I finally got a car but not after standing in the lobby for 15 min with narry an employee found. I even tried to lure them with a phone call which was useless. That phone rang for 2 minutes and 15 seconds and still no employee anywhere before i finally hung up! Meanwhile the lobby is full of customers (5) just waiting. . . And waiting. . . And waiting!
Finally an employee showed up to help and all of a sudden there were 4 employees. They just appeared like magic. At least they all take breaks together... or something!
Once taken to my rental I was simply given the keys and sent on my way but not before being told "the tank is empty you'll need gas right away. Don't worry about filling it up when you bring it back!" Why would I when I literally had to go straight to the first gas station.
I would be ashamed if I owned this buissness and my employees acted like this.

This was my first time using Enterprise Rental in Winder, GA, and I was very pleased. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the service was great. I will definitely use them again.
