“Traci has been my go-to florist in the Winder area. She has helped me out on short notice twice now for sympathy flowers. During a difficult time she is able to make the process of selecting the right arrangement smoother by suggesting the freshest flowers in stock. Traci also takes the time to learn about the recipient and customizes the flower arrangement to best reflect the personality and circumstances. I’ve attached photos of two arrangements she recently did that were perfect. Another plus is Traci is open on weekends when other florists in the area are closed!”

“I was looking for a local florist on line in the Winder area, being in the Air Force, I have not lived there for over 26 years. I came across three florist to choose from and ended up selecting Ann’s. This was a special order for my mom so I wanted it to be perfect. After I placed my order, I got a call to let me know that there would have to be some substitutions. I let the florist know how important the occasion was for my mom and that I wanted the flowers to be a tangible expression of my love and congratulations for another year in remission. I asked that the substitutions be at an impeccable level and despite my reservations, they did not disappoint. My mom called immediately and sent pictures of her arrangement, she could not say enough about how beautiful the arrangement was. My sister and friends texted to let me know how exquisite the flowers were. The most amazing part of the bouquet for me was that they including hydrangeas, which may seem insignificant but my grandmother (mom’s mother) used to have a hydrangea bush in front of her house in the countryside and she would cut off a bunch for each of us grandkids to take to school for our teachers. So my mom not only got a gift from me but a reminder of the presence of her mother. It brought tears to my eyes and a smile to my face. A gentle reminder to both of us of her presence. The Air Force has three core values. Integrity First. Service before Self. Excellence in all you do. Ann’s embodied every one of those values. They let me know there would be changes, they went above and beyond so much so the changes were minute compared to the joy the arrangement brought both me and my mom, and the excellence was in every part of the artistic expression they created. I am grateful that Ann’s graciously became an extension of me and my love for my family. Thank you for that.”

“Quick stop for breakfast and fruit. Customer service: I headed straight to the bakery section for some croissants, and was helped by Amor. Even though she was wearing a mask, I could still see her smile. She was very welcoming even for it to be so early in the a.m. She saw that I was lost looking for something, and offered her assistance with a friendly "do you need help finding something?" As she walked me to the buttered croissants, she gave me the freshest batch she had. I was more than delighted and she totally helped my morning to be great. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was sort of blah. They barely paid attention to the patrons, let alone seemed welcoming. Maybe they should take some tips from Ms. Amor (it's so funny that her name is Amor and she acts so lovingly) Would I recommend? Sure. There isn't really anything special about this Kroger. Will I be back? Most likely.”
