“One of my absolute favorite flower and gift shops! Everything is always so beautiful and thoughtfully put together, and they have the cutest selection of gifts for every occasion. The flowers are always gorgeous, fresh, and arranged perfectly. You can tell so much care goes into everything they do, and the customer service is just as wonderful. “Quick stop for breakfast and fruit. Customer service: I headed straight to the bakery section for some croissants, and was helped by Amor. Even though she was wearing a mask, I could still see her smile. She was very welcoming even for it to be so early in the a.m. She saw that I was lost looking for something, and offered her assistance with a friendly "do you need help finding something?" As she walked me to the buttered croissants, she gave me the freshest batch she had. I was more than delighted and she totally helped my morning to be great. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was sort of blah. They barely paid attention to the patrons, let alone seemed welcoming. Maybe they should take some tips from Ms. Amor (it's so funny that her name is Amor and she acts so lovingly) Would I recommend? Sure. There isn't really anything special about this Kroger. Will I be back? Most likely.”
