The lady ALLOWED ME TO TIP HER after she butchered my head. Mad as hell! Will never give you another dollar. I got my head buzzed down to a 1. Why the hell do i have a large patch of hair by my ear that is VERY noticeably shorter? Unacceptable man. Get folks in there who who wont botch the easier haircut someone could ever do!

I had asked for a burst fade for my son, the first thing she said is we don't use razors. That was my first issue, it was like she didn't wanna do it. Second I showed her the Pic of the haircut beforehand, she didn't listen and she obviously didn't even bother really looking at the picture. Now my son is upset about the haircut. This woman argued with me saying I just wanted the sides. Then gave me an attitude when I asked her name which is KA. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! VERY RUDE!!

Please do not go there, that Lady with blond highlights, miss up my hair, I had to go somewhere else to fixt it, she cut my front banks very short ,she never ask about how long I want it, she just cut without any style.
Owner or manager, please..! send her back to school.

I don’t hate my haircut but I was a little put off by feeling rushed. Also don’t bother having pictures of what you want, there’s no time for that. I have thick curly hair and when I ask to get a little more length off the top she started combing up and was not gentle at all. Like I literally yelped when she did it and I’m by no means tender headed. I feel she is a great stylist I just get the feeling that Great Clips expects these stylists to have em in and out under 10 minutes. It’s not a quick lane oil change. People are trusting you with their hair! Also upon entering you’re not really greeted, they literally yell from their station (over the heads they are cutting) and ask if you signed in on line. Ummm no! It felt like I was entering Moe’s restaurant without the “welcome” part! Again I don’t hate my haircut but I hated the experience. Won’t go back because if you rushed it and did a fair job there will be a day you rush it and screw it up.

Signed in with 30 min wait and waited another 30 mins to be seen but since I didn’t sign in on app they pushed me off and I’m not waiting no hour for a great clips hair cut half ass, customer service poor will not go back

They stopped doing the veterans discount. Like $1 was killing them. It was a nice gesture and got me in the door. There's other places that are more convenient.

Not a good experience. Will not be back. Totally butchered my son’s long beautiful hair. Asked for a trim of the bottom to even it out got layers and bangs. Will not even fit in a ponytail any longer. Dianne is who cut it. She does not know how to follow instruction. The manager called me. She’s a joke. Emailed customer service. I just want a refund and will not be returning.
