I have had my meds filled here for over 10 years. This is an amazing pharmacy. The staff are great. Star has been such a great help so many times.

One Star
If I could give zero stars, I would. Negative stars. Black hole-level rating.
So picture this: the entire pharmacy shuts down because their warehouse flooded—like, Noah’s Ark but make it incompetent. Fine, life happens. So I do what any sane, mildly concerned human would do—I call to check on my prescription. Enter: Sherry.
Now, Sherry sounds like someone who’s been personally wronged by sunlight and basic human decency. Her tone? Somewhere between DMV employee on hour ten and villainous stepmother. It was like calling to ask for information triggered a deep, ancestral rage in her. Sorry for interrupting your mid-shift glaring contest with the pill bottles, Sherry.
And here's the kicker: I left a very respectful one-star review. Didn’t even name names. Just facts. Classy. Mature. But when I show up to finally get my meds, Sherry confronts me. Like full “mean girl meets customer service meltdown.” Imagine Cruella de Vil if she worked in pharmaceuticals and hated everyone under 80.
This woman has never smiled. Ever. I think if she tried, her face would crack and unleash some sort of ancient curse. Her vibe? Permanent raincloud with a side of mountain gossip and three decades of unresolved tension.
But wait—it gets better. I called to complain, expecting at least a PR apology. Instead, Brian—the store manager whose energy can best be described as “wet paper towel”—tells me he read the review and took her side. Apparently, Sherry passed it around like show-and-tell, turned it into group roast night, and then confronted me with backup.
So yeah—twenty years as a loyal customer, and this is how they treat you. Mocked. Ganged up on. Shamed for daring to expect basic decency. Imagine how they treat people they don’t know.
Do yourself a favor: get your prescriptions from literally anywhere else. Your health deserves better than Sherry's wrath and Brian’s enabler energy

Every time I get my medicine here it is an experience. Everyone is aways extremely nice and they always get me in and out. Thank you Ingles Pharmacy!

The locals here are amiable. However, it would be more convenient if a drive-thru pharmacy could be set up. Currently, customers have to exit their cars and walk up to the outside window of the store. It's still convenient but can be chilly during the fall and winter months.

Like everywhere there's going to be a few bad apples. But majority, "not all" of higher techs very rude and judgemental and as if they have any clue as to what, why or what ur going through to get prescriptions prescribed. I use the app for all reminders or updates to deal with any medications there, but when I do have to interact especially in person between the "shortness, mean mugging and no welcome feeling at all from higher ups involved there". I definitely do agree with a lot of other people leaving reviews. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me it's like night and day elsewhere. Just saying. My opinion. Unnecessary to much other things to worry about in life that to deal with that's kinda thing.

I get my prescriptions at your pharmacy. Your pharmacy staff Starr is wonderful. She has helped me twice on the phone and she is very good. Thank you Starr. And thank you Ingles for texting when my prescription is ready.

This is ingles pharmacy is the worst. They are so rude. Especially Shelly Epperson. You ask her a question she always responds with a rude attitude. I so tired of them. I guess the next step is corporate. They can cleary see all the bad reviews on here. This pharmacy has really went down hill. They cant even keep a pharmacist!!!

If you enjoy waiting and waiting and waiting for prescriptions by all means use this ingles. We have used them for years as we live down but at this point it’s worth the further drive to go elsewhere, or rather we are excited for the publix to open. Elected to refill my blood pressure medicine at 9 am. 4 hours later and it’s still not ready. 30 pills of one of the most common blood pressure medicines and still it takes a day. The also don’t honor trial prescription offers from your doctor and love to give us hell about our federal employee bcbs insurance.

The customer service at this pharmacy is hot garbage. Honestly, you should avoid this location like the plague. Their policies change every visit, which makes every visit a roll of the dice, so expect zero consistency or professionalism. Personally, I've taken my business elsewhere

Always fast and friendly staff. Takes usually 20min.s to fill prescription. Has a drive-thru with a walk-up window outside. Tubing in drive-thru was acting up recently.
