Everyone was very kind and empathetic. And they gave me a cute band-aid! Everyone is highly professional, and even though I have issues with blood being drawn the staff ensured I was safe and made the experience as good as it gets.

Wait was extremely long for some who showed up early to an appointment. Appointment was @12:30 didnt leave until 2:20 I only saw the Dr a total of 7 minutes. The rest was wait. Other than that, staff was really nice and office was very clean.
