Very professional and replaced watch battery and let me know the last battery I had (from another store) Had inserted the wrong battery, which should explain why my watch hasn’t been working properly. Very grateful to the store And will be back.

The jeweler at MVP was fantastic! He worked incredibly well and fast. I couldn't be happier with my engagement ring. It's a custom-made piece, and he made it look brand new again after 15 years of wearing. Highly recommend!
