“Everyone is always so helpful anytime I come into the store! This team is truly like no other! Today the manager went above and beyond to help me with a paint I desperately needed and I’m so grateful. I would recommend this SW location over all the others!”

“Love this store. Went in a couple weeks ago for a couple of things. Met a new employee by the name of Steve. Great guy. Told me that he's only been employed there for a few weeks and will do his best to help me. Got to talking and found out that he's a veteran and retired fire chief from Clayton County. Mentioned that working here is perfect and keeps him busy enough and still enjoying retirement. Being new he was really nice and helpful. Had a few laughs and thanked him for his help.”

“Do not brings blades to be sharpened here. Almost brand new knife and they chewed off so much more material than necessary, did not sharpen the full length of the blade, and left edge pretty ragged. In trying to make things right, the best they can offer is ordering a new one (value $110) and only credit $50 to the order. In the end, I’m stuck with shelling out another $60 plus tax for them botching a sharpening job. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Update: the store did absorb the remaining cost of the new knife, which is much appreciated. This is not a bad store by any means, but I still believe Ace’s resharpening process is too rough for most knife blade applications. That being said, I’m sure it works perfectly fine for axe heads, lawn mower blades, etc. To the owner, Thank you again for making things right.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this small company! From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Sam is absolutely amazing with customers—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He listens to what you need, explains everything clearly, and makes sure the job gets done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about making customers happy. I also want to shout out Lorri, who handles their marketing. Whatever she’s doing is working because this company is growing fast—and for good reason. It’s awesome to see a small business expanding its reach while still keeping that personal, customer-focused feel. Highly recommend supporting this team. Great service, great people!”

“Excellent experience every time. This is, without a doubt, one of the stores that has treated me the best at all times. The team is highly professional, with impressive knowledge of their products, and they are always willing to guide and help with any questions. It is also a very complete store. They have a wide variety of products, equipment, and machinery, which makes the work much easier and allows you to find everything in one place. What truly sets them apart is their attitude: always attentive, friendly, with a smile, and a genuine desire to help—something that is not easy to find everywhere nowadays. You can tell they truly care about their customers and enjoy what they do. I sincerely appreciate all the support they have given me over time, both personally and to my company, Roly Home Services. They have been a key part in helping me deliver high-quality work to my own clients. I highly recommend them with full confidence.”
