Brian and his work are spot on. He suggested that since these are steel wheels with hubcaps that it might be cheaper to buy new. I’m a Lyft driver and my car is my money. Even for the stock steel wheels they are 289.00/per so his charge to get the wheel right again being less than half that, and a holiday weekend that I didn’t want to miss $$$. I brought it to him and was back on the road running smooth as glass in 30 min. GREAT WORK THANKS SOOO MUCH SIR.

I had 2 aftermarket truck wheels severely bent and cracked. I was very nervous about the situation as the manufacturer is no longer in business…I didn’t want to have to buy a whole new set, along with the hassle of downtime. I called Pioneer First but got their voicemail, so I kept on looking. I tried a few other repair “shops” and each of them swore that the wheels were damaged beyond repair, and advised me to buy new rims! About that time, Brian returned my call and I described the issues and sent pictures - he didn’t hesitate when he told me he could take care of them, and I was not disappointed! First of all, he is a professional and has a clean and organized shop. Next, he is very knowledgeable, and he has the right tools to do the job. Last, he explained the science behind the repairs, what to expect, and completed both wheels superbly. I had a chance to review some of his previous repairs as I watched him work, and the man has mastered his craft. I am extremely happy and fortunate to have found this company. Look no further - this is the place to bring your damaged wheels!!!.Update: I finally got my truck back from the suspension repairs of the accident. The wheels and my truck roll as smooth as butter! I had a very bad experience with this shop. They got paid $1200 to powder coat 4 of my wheels. After they were completed I expected them to come out amazing but not the case, there was dust in the wheel, They didn’t even try to clean it or sand down my curb rash. In addition 2 of the most dangerous thing they did was putting all 4 of my tire to there max which 50 PSI, and all of my lug-nut was not torque down to spec some of them was like hand tighten. Glad I could make it home safe and sound. WHAT A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!

If your looking for fast, reliable, trustworthy service, please try Pioneer First. I took my vehicle here after getting two tires put on from Walmart AutoCenter & my light came on and couldn’t figure out why. Luckily, Pioneer First got the issue fixed in no time! If your having any kind of tire issues, I would definitely recommend this place
