Ordered online. The “ track your order” screen showed that the order would be delivered in five minutes. That continued for about 20 minutes. Then it said it had been delivered, but I had not received my food. Called the store and was put on hold for 10 minutes when nobody returned to the line I hung up and called back. This time I was transferred to the complaint line, again put on hold. The line eventually went back to the recording that asked me to choose from a menu of options. Again chose to speak with the complaint line, but it connected me back to the store, which then connected me to the complaint line which again put me on hold, and again was eventually routed back to the menu to choose from the options. I hung up and called the store again. By this time, I was very frustrated, and tried to explain to the young man what was going on and when I finished his reply was “are you crying?” Trying to maintain a sense of humor, I said “no, but if I do, will I my pizza?” The young man replied “maybe let’s try it.” Again ask to be transferred to the complaint line. Finally someone there offered to start again and place another order for me. By this time it was 930 or 10 o’clock at night, I had started this adventure at 7:15 p.m. It would be bad enough if this was an order just because I felt like having pizza, but this particular order because I had had a very busy and frustrating day, and still had much left to do and did not have time to cook, so thought let’s order pizza that’s quick and easy. If you’re dealing with Pizza Hut in Winder Georgia. When the pizza did finally arrive it was cold and trying to reheat it just dried it out. I’ll skip Pizza Hut next time.

Called 2times heard be talking then hung upon me. Drove to store and ordered cashier placed order when informed of error she blame myself for her mistake. Watched cashier handle money and go make pizza without washing her hands I threw all them in trash

Emma (if that’s really her name) is the manager that I had this horrible experience with, hair in food, worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, food looks ridiculous, at this point I’m afraid to eat it because I’m thinking she could’ve spit in the food with that type of service. I will be needing accommodations because of this horrible customer service I experienced with her arguing with me over their policy. I would not recommend this place unless you want to waste money and have to wait the next day for a solution because she won’t give info for other managers (email, a time they’ll be in, the customer service number). When was it acceptable to deny a customer your manager just because you’re a manager? Yelling and being rude isn’t something pizza hut is known for and I bet they lose a lot of customers because of her. Also had to keep calling back because she kept hanging up AFTER I paid but refused to cancel the order so I can be refunded. Playing with people food and horrible customer service thumbs down. I’ll update if they fix this issue because it’s unacceptable but I’m trying to give grace because this isn’t something I normally have to deal with and I’ve been a customer for years. Get this manager OUT!

Well it used to be great but their customer service sucks. I should have been told when I called that if I want my order to be fixed I have to bring the wrong pizza back even though they are going to throw it away. B.S.

The only thing I have a problem with, when it comes to getting a pizza from Pizza Hut is that they never ever put enough toppings on the pizza. After I told them that I've had a lot of pizzas in the past that barely had any toppings on my pizza they have gotten better about making my pizza with more toppings on it. The only thing that I suggest is that you check your pizza before leaving the Pizza Hut to make sure that you got what you ordered and that the pizza has enough toppings on it versuses barely having any toppings on it. Other than that they have gotten better and they have better pizzas than any other place I have been to.

Got our food, husband ordered a pizza online which was suppose to be half pepperoni and half bacon, called back because they decided to gave us cheese pizza, we realized we made a mistake but we called back asking if there's anything that could be done, remind you he was not mad or being rude, but before she could hang the phone up all the way, Emma proceeded to make a comment "Maybe you should learn how to order correctly" then hung up ! I'm done with this pizza hut at this location, do better Emma ! Overall, food was good.

I’ve never had an issue with the pizza itself. However, I’ve had two occasions where I have had the worst customer service. The girls or girl who answers the phones are very rude. Both times I have went to pick up my pizza, cashiers were not friendly at all. Food is fine but I would definitely recommend they get new staff to work the cash registers and phones that don’t act miserable.

Just today I ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza and got it delivered no peppers know onions little to zero cheese I called the store manager said they would remake my pizza an hour and a half goes by no pizza. I had up to the store to tell the manager hey since you guys didn’t bring me my pizza, can I have my money he said nope I told him not to remake your pizza and I said why and he said well I made it there’s nothing wrong with it like I said there was zero to little to no cheese no peppers and onions which comes on a Philly cheesesteak pizza I know because I used to work there and so I guess since win in the history of customer service does a manager get to say well. I can leave some ingredients off of your food you’re gonna take it and eat it and there’s nothing wrong with that don’t really make your food or give your money back like This is bottom of the barrel .. I would like a call back from a manager to return my money since I’ve never got my food the least they can do when somebody pays $50 for Pizza’s. Make sure it’s right.
