I don't even give this bank a one star they are rude as can be and they make it hard to do any business with them, they walk around the bank not speaking to anyone and when they do they are rude as hell

Closed on a Saturday? Now I have to drive to another town.People inside have always been great don’t get that wrong but yeah a lot of people work all week before they open and stay till after they are closed a bummer it’s not open on the one day you can come in.

The customer service is horrible. The ATM took my money but did not give me a receipt. I called right away to make a claim and then followed up twice and got told to call back each time. I tried the corporate number and the local branch. The local branch actually would pick up the phone then hang up. After a week and a half my account has still not been credited the deposit.

Great bank but closed all day Saturday I guess the working class has to take of during business hours to bank hereIt would be more convent if the lobby was open till noon at least on saturdays

Came in to ask about some information for banking with you guys and I’m just appalled by how this one lady treated a delivery driver . Just in case you guys didn’t know delivery drivers are people to. You should probably be a bit nicer. :)

We have had nothing but issues with Regions. Every time I go to the bank to get money out the internet is down or their system is down. One time I went there to get change for work and they had no pennies.. where do you go if the bank doesn't have change? Their fees are ridiculous, you get double fees for one item. The app does not reflect the way they take and post transactions at all. Any recommendations for banks are appreciated.

Piece of garbage ATM half works half the time you might as well hand crank it to work . it Is the slowest ATM I've ever dealt with. Today I tried to get money out of the machine ir literally took 7 minutes to count and never give my money Don't use the ATM here its a waste of your time.

The app never works and they will always seem to try and charge you for small unexplainable fees. Regions customer service reps have no power to do anything to help you change your experience with the company so when you call they just read a script and do nothing to help.
