This location is scamming the Fuel Rewards program. The clerk is hand keying the total without scanning the items, this will avoid receiving Fuel Rewards. This location is now using a bypass card reader, which is considered theft. Bypass card reader have no secure connection. Using the Shell card reader protects the consumer from identity theft. May have to report this..

It is 97° out and these people don’t have any kind of ice machine, or a fountain soda machine to be able to get ice. Then when I asked about ice, they told me I could buy a cup of ice for a dollar. I told him they were crazy, white, poor, planning on their part, the management and ownership.

Gas stations should have a public restroom. Other than that this place is never clean. I will never spend another dime here. Only good thing they have done is removed gambling machines or at least hid them better.

I love this place !! I go in almost daily and wether it's in the morning, afternoonn or evening the clerk greets me like a friend and makes me feel welcomed. They engage me in conversation and they ask about my day and of things we may have talked about before on previous visits, showing that they listen and remember, making me feel more than just a customer. I've noticed this with other customers as well. So whenever i need anything i always wait until i can go to this store instead of just the nearest one to where i am

Horrible customer service had a problem at the pump and the girl inside told me to call shell directly that they have nothing to do with the gas pump !!! Couldn't even give me a number to call

Great prices. Friendly employees. But there is always some random person walking through the parking. And they usually ask for gas money. If this keeps up I will be looking for a different gas station.
