The Chimneys Golf Course is an 18-hole public course in north Georgia, offering an experience unlike any other with southern, hometown charm. It is an unbelievable and lovely course, well-kept and in great condition, featuring a mature treed area with a good number of interesting features. The course plays to a par 72 over five sets of tees, accommodating golfers of all abilities. Its signature feature is an abundance of native rock, intricately hand-laid to accent the greens, fairways, and pedestal tees. The greens are smooth and roll true, and the tee boxes are perfectly cut. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. They are known for being very nice and for really caring about the golf experience. This top-rated course is easily a favorite, providing a wonderful time and a great place to golf where fellow golfers are courteous. It is absolutely awesome and always a great time, making it a destination worth traveling for.

Chimneys is an unbelievable course that’s well kept and always a great time. Staff is excellent from Elizabeth, Big John and all the folks up front all the way to the high school guys like Jameson and Dawson. Can’t beat The Chimneys!

I had a flat tire on my way and was delayed. The staff was very nice to let us play when I arrived. Course great condition.
