What started as routine yearly visits for both dogs ended up with extra visits for the older one, who unfortunately was diagnosed with cancer and put down. Throughout the process of getting a diagnosis, they were thorough and compassionate. I have been to other vets where I felt “further testing” for health issues became casting a wide net and costly but Winder Animal Hospital was targeted and had a diagnosis quickly and efficiently that did not leave me choosing between finances and getting my questions answered. When we had to put my dog down, they were compassionate and so helpful. I was walked through the whole process, given time to say my goodbyes, and the entire staff expressed their condolences. I worked with Dr. Theos and Dr. Duffy throughout the process. Please consider making them your vet if you are looking for one. You will not regret it.”
