Came today at 4:10 to open a new account and deposit over $100,000! They locked the front door and several customers were outside knocking on the door confused because there was not a sign BUT you could see several bank tellers hanging out and laughing at the customers knocking. Needless to say I will not be switching banks.

My encounters with all staff has been prompt, courteous, and to the point - precisely what I want from a bank. A small sized building also helps as they can readily recognize your presence.My experience with Sandi W. was particularly great. She explained every step and went above and beyond my needs - thank you.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I always have some issue when I come to this location. Makes me want to close my account with them. Waited over an hour & was looked over multiple times. Never coming back.

Terrible service and they never answer the phone. Called multiple times and they never answered and I went in just for them to say what I needed was not possible. I had to call a different bank and they were able to help me over the phone, makes no sense as to why you couldn’t help in person or atleast answer the phone to avoid me waiting my time.

This branch is by far my favorite Wells Fargo. Every single person that works there is incredibly friendly, and provide the best service you could ask for each and every visit. They go above and beyond and being helpful to each and everyone of their customers that I’ve seen while in their bank.

This Well Fargo might be bad, but it because it just a small place, it might take a while because people are new. Don't hate in Wells Fargo, it hard to find jobs and people are lucky to find a job.

Horrendous branch. The staff at this location just let phones ring and never answer. And no, this was not one or two calls. I called this location for over an hour and a half trying to get someone on the phone regarding a question about my account. They simply blind transfer you to the 800 corporate line. If you want a bank that is professional and one where you can get a hold of a person, go somewhere else. I'll be closing my account and moving my money somewhere where customer service is not only offered, but a priority.

My employer is undoubtedly one of the biggest accounts this bank has. I frequently make deposits here. However, just 2 days ago after depositing $1000.00 for my employer, I turned around and tried to pull money out at the teller window.Sure I admit I misplaced my ID, but doing an ATM transaction I don't feel it is necessary.However the major problem is that after going over to the ATM by Jimmy Johns and having it eat a $700.00 withdrawal, I went back in to let them know what happened and the branch manager Shelly pushed me off to wait.After being given a bad phone number and sitting outside for 30 minutes waiting to speak to a live person, Shelly instantly invited me into her office only to make a call and find out they wished for me to contact my bank.I have followed up several times with my bank and they haven't gotten any update from Wells Fargo.Whether an ATM or not, this does constitute as theft.She tried to tell me it would probably take up to 10 days prior to.For the record, more times than not their ATM's are not able to accept deposits or give out money after branch hours. Also, almost every time I've come in the branch to make a simple deposit, tellers seem to not know how to use the deposit card my company gives me.I have called this branch multiple times today and nobody is answering the phone, nor has the branch manager returned my call from hours ago. No wonder this branch is 2 out of 5 stars before this review.As a former Personal Banker for JP Morgan Chase Bank, let me tell you... You can definitely do better taking your banking business elsewhere.Update:As you can see they responded asking me for information.1. Still no contact back from the branch2. Makes no sense why they kept asking for my address when clearly not intended to overnight a check.3. At first their person of contact wasn't going to help me without me giving them my PERSONAL PHYSICAL ADDRESS. I could see if it was to send me a check, however all they would have to do is refund or confirm that they took my money.4. After pointing out that she was refusing to escalate my complaint without my address in simplest way possible, she escalated to only get an automated response saying it would be ANOTHER 10 DAYS.LIKE SERIOUSLY JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!THAT LITTLE 700 DOLLARS ISNT EVEN GIVING YALL A LOT OF INTEREST.SCREW THE CORNBALL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. YALL HAVE HAD ALMOST A WEEK TO COUNT THE ATM AND SEE MY COMPLAINT IS VALID.THE LAST PHOTO POSTED IS THEIR ATM SHOWING IT NO LONGER COULD ACCEPT OR GIVE OUT MONEY AFTER IT ATE MY MONEY. NOW I KNOW WHY THEIR ATM'S ALWAYS HAVE THIS MESSAGE, CLEARLY THEY TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY OFTEN.

I opened up a Savings account today, Mr. Hjeimstad helped me set it up. He also explained all the rules & extra services that were available. He also took time to answer all my questions. I had no idea that kids can open savings & checking accounts at 13 (with parents consent & help, of course)! Im planning on coming back with my teenagers to open accounts, so they can start learning good financial habits & saving money. Ive been with Wells Fargo for almost a decade now, & they always provide great customer service! Thanks, Mr. Hjeimstad! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
