AND THE THUNDER ROLLS! This useless, obnoxious pharmacist has been getting away with this for months. He even fought with my doctor who knows what he is talking about in the best interest of his patients. Yet this pharmacist thinks he knows more than my doctor and apparently has a MAJOR CHIP on his shoulder. Either he needs to leave or Walgreens needs to leave if they cannot handle their employees.

tells me they can fill my prescription today then informs me they have to "call and verify" my prescription because my doctor is in Alpharetta , like how does that make sense ? Felt stereotyped especially when the cvs across the street didn't care and gave me my prescription immediately

Worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Very disorganized and don't communicate to customer when they will take awhile. You are just sitting and waiting. They lost my RX and they are looking for it instead just go ahead and refill it with a new one but no the employees and pharmacist are acting like they can't do a simple job. I hope Walgreens manager look at this review and do something. I will not return. I will be going else where for sure.

I went to pick up Rx today thru the drive thru. it was 1:18 when I pulled up and Dawn was working the window. she seem annoyed already but she gave me my total and it was a lot more than what I expected or what I usually pay. so I asked her if it was ran through the insurance and she said hold on and walked to the back. She was gone for about 5 min and came back and said it's a 90 day supply and you have a coupon already applied. I sajd okay just want to make sure but how much would it be for just 30 day which apparently really pissed her off bc her response was youll just have to come back after lunch break. I told her no I need this rx now bc I'm completely out but if she is in such a hurry she shouldn't have started working with me. I told her I would go ahead and pay before I could even grab the rx from the slot she put the 'gone to lunch' sign in the window...I had additional question. this just seemed so unprofessional maybe they should stop taking customers way before their actual breaks bc it's not fair to act that way bc your in a hurry!! they are usually so helpful and patient. I use them for my entire family and it's important to me to have my questions and concerns answered especially when it comes to medicine/medical needs. Do better Dawn.

This is my Vax place so when I went online this was the only place near me I could get a vaccination so signed up. Really nice staff, under staffed- and people are so impatient and rude to the staff and give bad reviews when they are Doing what they can . Just got my second shot, they text me, email me, and call ahead of time to make sure I remember - which I need - and there is a wait even if past your time as it's getting COVID busy again and people need to chill. I was polite and they appreciated it even though I waited 30 min past my appt but again, they had 2 people quit - not sure why people are not coming to work but they were professional and courteous. I shopped around, got some candy and got my shot. Thanks essential workers for staying to help! Recommmend!
