Exceptional Service from Rebecca!
I recently visited the Winston, GA Post Office for passport renewal assistance and was blown away by the outstanding service from Rebecca. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, lively and incredibly patient, answering all my questions and ensuring my application was error-free.
She went above and beyond to double-check documents, provide clear instructions, and offered helpful tips. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work, and Rebecca truly exemplifies what excellent customer service should be.

We came to this location for a passport appointment for a family of four, everything went so well and quickly. Rebecca was amazingly patient with our kids and very helpful. We were extremely pleased with her great customer service! Also great with the camera :)

I needed to renew my passport. I made an appointment but I forgot to bring my old passport. So I had to reschedule. When I came back the pages that I printed off the Internet were cut off at the bottom. However the customer service was EXCELLENT!!!!! Bar none. They helped me correct everything, patent with my photo, I wasn’t rushed or pressured to get out of their hair. They were so kind. You know how people use to be. Treat you how they would want to be treated. Like you were helping your own mom. Explained the process and I received my new passport without a hitch👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. They are a 5 star business.

We walked in for our baby’s passport appointment. Walk-in hours(Thursdays 1:00 pm -4:00 pm). The staff at this location are sweet, helpful and professional. We drove 35 mins to this place and it’s worth it.

Terrible customer service. I went to give in my daughter passport application and the postal worker who was assisting us and took the application was very rude and I was very kind to her through the whole process but she was extremely rude. However we were able to submit the application and that’s all that truly matters. However it has to be said how terrible that customer service was!

Best postal experience ever! Valerie and Rebecca were terrific. My husband and I went for our passports. Painless process filled with smiles and laughter. What a wonderful place. Other postal locations should strive to be half this good. Great job ladies!

My dad and I went for a passport appointment, but our experience was tarnished by the behavior of a staff member named Julie, the lady with glasses. This incident led us to suspect racism, as we noticed that another white family, also there for passport services, received much more courteous treatment compared to us. It was disheartening to witness such a difference in how we were treated.

I will never go to another post office. This is the best one ever. They were very very quick and informative. It might be a 45 minute drive from me, but I will always come here from now on.
