Thought I had a transmission problem.After their evaluation free test it turned out I was very low on oil which corrected the hesitations while driving.
Very knowledgeable, very customer focused and very honest!

I had went to another car place to get an oil change and I did not have a good experience. Joey was able to get in as soon as possible to check my car out. Joey and his mechanic were honest about the situation. Thank you both. Very good experience at AAMCO, I trust taken my car AAMCO.

I was concerned about having someone other than family work on my truck. Joey was personable, knowledgeable, and definitely set my mind at ease. I had a transmission service done today, so it wasn't expected to be a long visit. Mike was thorough and efficient. Very pleased with my visit.

What an amazing experience! We were told by another shop down the road that we needed an alternator and a new transmission! Decided to get a second opinion and glad we did! Not only was the issue not the alternator, the transmission was fine the car just needed a starter.
I will be back and 100% recommend to anyone. These guys have put honesty and integrity back into the business!
Amazing group of people and Gary the owner makes sure of it!

Fantastic customer service, answered all questions and provided details about the service and costs. Very pleased with the work, replaced transmission in 2017 Ford Escape and shifts better than ever before.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment! The customer service that I received over the phone from Joey is the reason why I chose to have my vehicle serviced at this location. Prior to setting up my inspection, I informed Joey that I don’t have another vehicle or anyone who can pick me up, so I would not be able to leave. I stated that I was willing to wait for an extended period of time if that was ok with them. Joey’s response was, “Of course you can wait. I must warn you that it may take up to three hours to complete everything, but if you’re ok with that, then we’d love the company.” Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a smile and offered water and coffee by Mr. Russell and Joey while I was waiting. Not only was the inspection and transmission replacement finished earlier than the estimated time, but they were also upfront with the issues and associated costs. There were no hidden fees and they offered 12 months no interest. I was driven to and from the rental car place by Mr. Gary. He was so pleasant! He waited to ensure that I was taken care of prior to leaving. Everyone that I encountered was so kind and welcoming. The positive energy within the AAMCO-Woodstock team was so infectious. I hope not to have to make such a huge investment in the future. However, if I do or if I know someone who needs transmission services, then I’ll recommend this location above anywhere else! Thank you so much for the 5-star experience! You make customer service look so easy! I’m truly blessed to have met such amazing people!

Had to have a transmission replaced and was on a time crunch. They said it could take a couple of weeks depending on parts but they would do their best. Well they did just that, somehow they got it do in two days. When people say they will do their best they usually say it to get you out of their space but these guys really did what they said they would do. Trust worthy and great work, not to mention the people listening to you when you are in there instead of rushing you out. Great shop.

Now day it's hard to trust the vehicle repair industry. You must do your do diligence, and have a working knowledge of how things work. Having my transmission shot, and needing replaced, and the expense of such endeavor. I had no choice but to do my homework. One phone call to AAMCO on Main St. In Woodstock GA, was more than enough, and it was apparent, the person I was taking to possessed knowledge, and was passionate in his craft. My mind was put at ease, and confidence was instilled. This experience is rare today to say the least. From beginning to end there was transparency, no fast talking, or surprises in cost of replacement. I not only felt I was treated fare, I felt like I was treated like a friend. How refreshing thanks AAMCO! Job well done!

Had some transmission, brake, and general tune up work completed at this location. The service manager, Russell, was very professional and did a great job addressing all of the issues I had. Pricing was more than fair and reasonable. Recommend this shop and make sure you ask for Russell!
