Always a wonderful experience. I have bought many pieces of jewelry , had several several custom made pieces and plenty of graduation. And birthday gifts, and the attention to what their customers want and the advice and help have been a huge help to me over the years. Wonderful customer. Everyone I have dealt with have been generous with their time, friendly and always have a smile. Plus they have some amazing custom designs you cannot find anywhere else and the quality of their stones top notch

The perfect little jewelry store! The variety is amazing! You can buy a traditional diamond engagement ring or a funky carnelian and malachite one of a kind piece. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Skip the chain jewelry stores and stop in here. I love it!

I have never posted a review, but Art Jewelers went above and beyond and I just had to share. I had tried to get my husband’s ring engraved at a different jewelry store and they had it for repair for 4 weeks and it still wasn’t done. I finally got it back the day before we were leaving for our 10th wedding anniversary trip. As a last effort, I found Art Jewelers and they were able to get it engraved and back to me in time for my trip and I was able to give it to my husband as part of his anniversary gift. They are AMAZING and so sweet and I will definitely be using them for all of my future jewelry needs.

Went in to get a clasp on a necklace repaired. Had to leave it with them, which I didn't really expect to do for a minor repair.However, Laura was so polite & helpful. Happy to have found this place & look foward to coming here for jewelry needs.

Absolute “gem” of a business! From the first moment we walked in we felt the family experience.My wife and I were having my late wife’s watch refurbished (not an expensive watch, but worth the world to her) for my daughter’s college graduation and after the service was completed I realized this family-operated business was a true “diamond in the rough”. The care and quality of the work was beyond monetary value.Forget those big box stores and spend all you money at Art Jewelers! Why? Because I fully believe, the family at Art Jewelers, believes their customers are more valuable than gold and, in todays world, we need business like this to thrive where people are more valuable than product.

I've had a few things sized and fixed here before so when me and my boyfriend got engaged last night and the ring was a little loose they were my first call! They initially told me it wouldn't be ready until dec 8, but when I told them we were going back to my boyfriends hometown dec 6, they made an exception and told me they'd have my ring back to me by the weekend!! I couldn't be more grateful. They do great work here!! Thank you so much!

I came into Artisan Jewelry not knowing exactly what I wanted for a memorial pendant after my husband passed. They took the time to help me pick a one of a kind design that is absolutely beautiful. They did a wonderful job and were most pleasant and friendly. They made me feel one of a kind, just like my pendant!
