I went to ur store I. Roswell ga on mansell the big fat salesperson d as shouted at me when I walked in the store didn’t bet out of his chair very rude and unprofessional I’ve got five phones with u guys for thirty yrs terrible way to run a store I’m in retail when I got to my stores let all my people know about ur store and explained to my people they would b fired if they ever treated a customer like that terrible experience no stard

Came in today with my company phone which is an iPhone 12 just to get a new case and screen protector. The lady said. "You ain't gonna find that here. Maybe tj max or something" so rude. Then they were laughing as I walked out in confusion. Sad thing is, I bought my personal phone here a week ago and it's a s24. Sad that people are allowed to work in public like this. I'll find a new att store.

Long story short my phone wouldn't restart after a system update. Roscoe started trouble shooting immediately. It took almost 1 hour of several different attempts but, eventually he got it up and going. He was relentless and wouldn't quit. Roscoe is the man, and I strongly recommend his assistance and this location.

Absolutely ridiculous. I went and told them I need new phone and new service. I told them I drive for door dash and need it to work fast and efficiently. Somehow I'm sold a 4g phone! When I tried to exchange it they were gonna charge me 55 dollars for a "restock" fee and plus make me buy another phone on top of that. I was just in the store one day prior. Didn't have the phone for a full 24hours ! Oh and when they decided not to charge the restock fee and just have me pay 49 bucks for a different phone .. they said it wasn't in stocks and sent me to the Woodstock hey 92 store. Who looked at me like I was crazy and was helpful not zero percent.

Everyone at the Woodstock location was very friendly. My wife’s phone was on the fritz, so we put an appointment in and came in early and Marquis was able to help us. He was patient, knowledgeable and PATIENT! Lol. Go up and see Marquis and the crew! Great service!

The store and employees are fine. IF you are thinking about switching your service DO NOT. We were quoted a rate and EVERY single month it has increased exponentially. Credits were not applied, trade-ins not applied, discounts not included and every month it's, "Sorry your bill didn't get updated. It will show up next month." But, in six months nothing has changed and I'm stuck with the bill.
Do yourself a favor, find another provider for wireless services.

500$ early termination fee was a surprise for direct tv and internet. Don’t recommend this to anyone as I had to pay as I had non contract to start with. Scam business

Hope was phenomenal! She handled every detail and was extremely patient with my elderly mother and her new phone! She is the best AT&T associate we have ever had the pleasure of working with at any store.

Jess went straight to answering our questions and solving our problems. I can see him becoming a manager in no time. He had such a nice calm approach to our problems. If we could request an employee in the future to help us, it would be Jess everytime.
We also loved the positive attitude he displayed the entire time. Positivity is so hard to come by even in the customer service world. Thank you Jess.

Have received good results over some years at this store until 2/20/24. I won’t use names. I left after 45 minutes of no positive action and a phone that was working when I walked in did not work on my way out. Hands down the worst service EVER. It was like they were dumbstruck. No clue
