This Avis location is top notch!Jacky runs a tight ship....he is very patient understanding and cared about my needs for a long term rental while my truck was in the shop. I highly recommend this location!

To all those that looking for a rental car I suggest looking in AVIS and ask for promo or any UBER special coupons. I made a last minute reservation, thankful when arrive the young miss informed me that I would be upgrade to compact SUV for the same cost only because of the length of time I was planning on using the vehicle vehicle in today's climate left me in awe. Only suggestion is to have a second person on staff in order to walk out to the vehicle and give the best experience possible verse here at the keys vehicle is on the left space back.

Honestly, I have rented through plenty of rental car companies in the area. Jackie, the person who helped me in this specific location, was the best rental agent I have ever dealt with. Respectful, helpful, courteous, fast and considerate! He got me a car quickly and when there was something wrong with the car, he told me to bring it back and exchanged it with another car, even though it was past their closing time! Exemplary gentleman, thank you Jackie!

Jacky is the best customer. Service Manager in Avis history. He goes out of his way to exceed customer service. When I was in need of a vehicle he was very accommodating and came through every time. His focus on detail in the midst of multiple customers and calls is amazing, he is able to take care of everyone with a smile and FAST. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know.

I've rented from this Avis a few times, since Jacky took over. I've always been pleased with the service & vehicles I receive.Even though l go long spells in-between rentals, he remembers me (& previous conversations we've had).I appreciate Jacky's great attitude & generous spirit. (He even had recommendations for me, when I was having issues with a moving van from another rental company, a few years ago.)Thanks for liking your job, Jacky...May your cup overfloweth! ☕

Will never be renting from Avis again. There is no drop box to return keys, we drove 9 hours from Florida and tried to return the car at 6:30pm. After finding out there was no drop box we took the car back the next morning upon the store opening. We were charged the extra full "day" we had the vehicle and no one seemed to want to be helpful. After we found this out we told them we will keep the car the full day then. At which point they told us we can't because they already checked it back out. This is the only place I have rented from that does not have a drop box and does not even disclose that they don't have it. The least they could have done was pro rate the day as we literally did not use the car after trying to return it and it was back at the shop the moment they opened the next day.

We were advised that the shop had no after hours pickup, but were assured that the shop would be open at 6 am For drop off. My husband works at 7 so we felt this would be fine. We showed up at 6 only to be met with a closed door that had the hours of operation stated as open at 8. I understand that this might have been a simple mistake but a clerk should know the shops hours of operation. We may end up being charged more for this, and at the very least it presented a huge inconvenience to our ability to get back to our daily lives after an already stressful weekend.Additionally the entire purchase process felt very canned and slow, it felt like the only part of it that the clerk could find and do quickly was the part where she upcharged us for extras.Please ensure that your workers give accurate information and are trained properly on their PoS and line of business systems.

Subpar customer care and understanding. Not enough vehicles to accommodate reservations - this is understandable when busy, but there should be a system in order to notify individuals with reservations that their reserved vehicle may not be ready beforehand instead of up charging when they arrive.

I had the worst experience with this Avis location. I have been renting for years with an Avis profile. The first red flag was the insistence on providing a lease or some sort of mail that showed I was a resident of Georgia despite having a Georgia driver license. I asked why when I have never had to do this before and he said it was policy requested I step out of line to find the info so he could help someone else. Finally find a bill with the address online, he glances at the phone and goes thru with the rental. Upon return of the vehicle, they don't advise of any new charges and send an email versus a printout. Well, long story short they charged extra for fuel. Saying they have a sensor that does it automatically and they cannot override the system though the vehicle is returned on a full tank. When brought to his attention then I was explained this info. So, he proceeds to process a refund of the overcharge and then recharge the correct amount. Meanwhile, both charges stayed on my credit card until processing complete. Seems like a shady way of doing business, as he would not give a receipt to show cancelation and got rude with me when I insisted I needed somethingbecausemy credit card was applying both charges against the account . I will never visit this location again.

One star is too much. Tired to rent a car from this location today. The attendant was absolutely intolerable. She swore at me after I asked for a manager due to her attitude. She was so rude that I left and did not rent the car. I will never use Avis ever again.

Spent the weekend in an absolute beauty of a vehicle. The gentleman working there was very patient and made sure we got a vehicle while in town despite being given a hard time. Only complaint is that the vehicle smelled like smoke so my luggage, hair and clothing reeked! Stop smoking in the cars the rest of us can smell it!

I have rented from this location twice now and both times it has been nothing but professionalism. The gentleman that works there was nice and friendly the lady that was there today was nice also. I'll most definitely be renting again. I did find out that you can purchase the vehicle you rented. Because we loved the Mazda CX-9 it rode so smooth. It was nice and clean smoke free and we returned it the same way.?
