I go up there just to exchange some coins I've had for years and not only am I looked at like some sort of sour lab specimen, the money is taken into the back only to be returned a few minutes later with a "you need an account" line. I think they took it back to look for any rare coins to keep and when they saw none they shoved me out.The sad part is I did it to see what kind of bank it is with the idea of opening an account. It was a test, and you failed. Also, why the attitude? I was nothing but pleasant. Or did you not like the idea of me not appreciating fiat currency?Perhaps you should go back to the Ozarks.

I recently closed my accounts at Fidelity Bank because they totally pissed me off...and decided to open an account here because well the car wash guy Karl up the street raves about them...and I live a stone throw from this place so I figured why not... First of all nicest people you ever want to meet work here. Joyce, Dorothy and the branch manager Aaron are amazing. They greet 99% of the customers by their first name; you know this is a special place when your banker has his cell phone number listed on his business card and tells all the customers to call him anytime... I was able to open a checking account here with Aaron's help and got a debit card printed in about 15 minutes...I highly recommend these guys...nothing like small town hospitality!

Bank of the Ozarks may have an older location here. However, Brock and his Team are top notch!!!! I'd encourage individuals not to judge a book by its cover! Or in this case, a bank by the looks of the exterior of their building!

This bank is in ancient times. I feel like I should be riding my horse there and securing to a post, before I go in. The reason is they are NOT ONLINE, they purchased my loan on my car from another bank. They have me a payment booklet. REALLY, I don't have time to waste having to show up in person to pay it all the time. Get with the times. 2 years ago this bank was called GEORGIA COMMUNITY SOUTHERN BANK. NOT OZARK.

Absolutely the worst bank imaginable. The first problem is they operate like its 1975 and everything is pen and paper. Online banking for loan payments is literally non existent. If you want to manage your account, you have to call the bank, leave a voicemail for your loan officer who never answers his phone, and wait two weeks for them to call you back only to say he doesnt even know who you are. I have no way to manage my account other than this method. I send in a payment and they dont even run it for almost two weeks. The check sent directly from my bank from billpay is rejected half the time, and then they report you to Transunion with no notification! What great customer service! Do your research on this bank and you will see reviews all over the internet of how terrible this bank is.

Very happy with this bank. I have had my share of bad experiences with banks and somehow I have never had an overdraft here. I do stay on top of my finances and despite keeping minimal funds in the bank and going negative occasionally, then making the balance positive within a day somehow I have not encountered a problem. I am very grateful! Friendly community atmosphere too :). The parking lot needs work but I don't care how the outside looks. It is far more important to have a good banking experience!
