Drove 25 mins to get to the nearest Charlotte Russe and it wasn’t even here. They still have it on the directory and google saying they’re here and open. Terrible directions with no update!

Very horrible store. Rather than help customers, the reps are hugging and kissing in the back counter. Plus they don't carry common sizes. I wonder how long they will be in business for with this type of business model.

Hi I was in your outlet store off Ridgewalk The Atlanta shoppes and I saw a wanna play humongous I noticed there weren't any left on the shelf so I asked the employee who never greeted me and was on her phone the entire time, the store was not busy at all. I asked if I could buy the display one and she said no I said that's misleading since you can always put another one on display for a sale to the store she didn't bother at all to help, I've never had a store have a problem selling me a display item if its the last one. I'm very disappointed. I would like for someone to reach back out to me and hopefully buy that humongous for my daughter. Thank you for your time. At this point no one has reached out to me. I'm sure I'll get the please email us blah blah blah...

My battery died just as I was about to send a picture to corporate. I could not believe what I observed while shopping. Not one, but BOTH young ladies sitting on top of the back counter behind the register on their cell phones. I’m not talking about a casual lean—I’m talking about a full-on, legs crossed, hunched over, sitting on top of the counter! Five customers in there and did not speak to a single one of us. Absolutely awful. The difference in inventory between this and Cumberland Mall location is weird. Where are all the dresses that Cumberland has in this store??

Good prices , good clothes , very bad customer service .My son crushed his hand with a board that fell into his hand while we were grabbing plastic shoes . The ladies who works there instead of ask if my son is okay , was mad and very rude , she said “ This is not for sitting “

Ladies take your money elsewhere, often times the dressing room is closed and they aren't your normal size ,They don't give refunds at all and will not allow you to exchange if you don't have the receipt that they put in the bag ..Customer service is great but the policies aren't worth my money nor the quality, I use to love this store 10 + years ago. (BYE) I GUESS POLICIES CHANGED AFTER THE NEW OWNERS .I JUST WONDER DO YOU ALL OWN BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES AS WELL BECAUSE THE POLICIES ARE SIMILAR.

Store and clothes look cheap. Mannequins have clothes hanging off them and not put on correctly; they tell you you can exchange things and then you'll come back and they tell you the items were final sale. Workers never engage they just sit behind the counter and talk and never go around the store and pick up clothes fallen onto the ground and such. I recommend the stores around the corner, better quality clothes.

The employees here are very nice and helpful I appreciate the great customer service. I've been to the store twice and they never disappoint in providing help when necessary. The store was very clean and organized as well. Keep up the good work!

All they do is talk and not help customers whatsoever. they can see you waiting for a fitting room and they’ll just stand around in a huddle and not do anything. Learn how to work before getting a job and the lack of communication in this place is embarrassing. If there’s five girls im prettysure they can handle an almost empty store. Horrible customer service.
