I had Dan Mentzel set up my new computer and transfer data from my old computer almost a year ago. It has never been right and I am still struggling even though he was paid about $500. He is very opinionated and doesn't pay attention to the customers needs, but rather tries to force his way of working and preferences on me. I have never been able to get Outlook to work correctly for contacts, mail and calendar to sync with my phone because he prefers Google and set it up that way. I don't think he knew what he was doing with Outlook, so just wouldn't do it, but wouldn't tell me he couldn't do Outlook. He lied and said if I didn't have Google on everything, it wouldn't work with my car. My review is worse than "Not good". He is the worst. Sandra L
