He was so informative about Jockey’s mission, any promotions going on, the Jockey Being Family mission, and he even gave us a coupon! We had a great time and bought some tanks and cute pajamas! “The store is well kept and there are enough employees if you have any questions or need assistance with something. Unfortunately, they don't match online prices and you can find better deals if you go to the website. I bought a bracelet online for $18 and at the store was $24 a considerable difference. I normally buy online and come here if I need to make a return. The staff is friendly. There is an clearance section as well, some of those prices are the same as online or even cheaper and you have the fitting rooms there so you can make your decision knowing that you won't have to come back to return it. The location is also great is right by the parking lot so you don't have to walk that much if you're coming to make a return or if you're trying to find this store in particular.”

“I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received during my visit. When an employee asked if she could help me find anything in particular and I told her my goals, she quickly made an excellent recommendation. The store didn't have my size in my preferred color, so she offered to order it for me and have it sent to my home.
I went in just looking for a pair of jeans and came out with two pair, a jean jacket, a pair of overalls, and an order for a jacket that is expected to arrive at my house just a few days after my visit. That is not my usual shopping experience at all. The prices were far better than I expected as well. I'm very happy with the experience and will definitely return.”

“This Palmetto Moon is located at the Shoppes of Atlanta or better known as the Woodstock Outlets that sit right off of 575. Palmetto Moon has been an emerging brand that offers a lot of great Southern Lifestyle brands in the form of clothing, souvenirs, cups, coolers, hats, stickers and much more! They also have a lot of college items, which is a massive sell here in the south! In short, this place is filled with merch from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. Prices are decent, but do not scream outlet to me. They are a regular store in an outlet mall, not an outlet off-shoot of a brand, so be prepared for that. Overall, it is a cool store to get lost in for a bit...there is certainly enough to keep your attention! I honestly have this spot on my Christmas shopping list as I can cover several folks in my family in one trip here, so you will definitely see me back!”
“They saved my wedding suit! A week from my wedding we had a botch jacket from a reputable store. We needed up going a week out and luckily they had a jacket that fit me very well with minor alterations needed. The staff was super friendly, empathetic, helpful and kind. They were able to find a tie that matched really well and recommend a great alterations company. Without them I would have been really sad and disappointed on my wedding day. Thank you so much for saving part of my big day! We will be back.”

“Being a short fat guy, it’s hard to find jeans that fit right. I easily went in about 7+ different stores to try and find jeans that fit and I was constantly failing. Finally I walked in the Lucky Brand where I was given superb customer service by employees who actually seem to enjoy what they do and enjoy helping customers like myself! I left with 3 pairs or jeans and a couple shirts. Next stop, the gym so I can fit into smaller jeans!”

“I brought my preteens here for jeans on a weekday afternoon. What we experienced was some of the best service we have received at a retail clothing store. Courtney was communicative, supportive, knowledgeable, and supremely helpful. I found out more about their style and fit in 15 minutes that I did in the previous hour and a half of shopping at other stores.”

“This is my wife's favorite store, and I'm not mad about that. It's affordable, and she really looks great in their clothes. They're not the highest quality, but they're still really good, and you don't have to worry about the clothes wearing out, or losing color quickly.”
