The customer service has definitely gone downhill at this location. From the front entrance attendant, self checkout attendant, to the receipt checker. No smiles, very unfriendly. Especially the self checkout attendant. She was very condescending when we needed help scanning something. Maybe there’s a change in management, but everyone there seems miserable.

They have got about anything you need. I went with my brother and niece and bought a few things. It's a great place to go for families with it being a bulk item type store. Good bargains all around like the Cara Cara Oranges I got 5lb bag for 5.99. They are some of the best oranges I've ever ate and that is a very good price. A 20oz pack of Buffalo (Bison) which I love, two packs joined together for 40oz actually for quite a good price. A great place to go.

Quick lines (usually) — great prices — shopping here has made meal prepping significantly easier and the quality of ingredients I can use at scale is extremely helpful.

Love this costco they always have what I'm looking for in stock readily available when I shop here. I like their meat selections- they are always fresh, snacks for kids and different food options for dinner as sometime I run out of ideas so costco helps with that. I get produce here as well. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Place is great other than the moving of their products. If they put the people on cash registers to help their customers it would be money better spent. I get frustrated and if I can’t find something since it was moved, I buy it somewhere else.

This is specifically for the AT&T kiosk (I found the rest of this Costco location to be clean, well-stocked, and overall a good experience). While getting a new phone at the AT&T kiosk was a quick experience, I realized after leaving that I was added to AT&T's Next Up plan (which is a recurring extra $6 a month charge so you can "upgrade your phone early") without my consent - the agent at the kiosk never mentioned adding this onto my new phone, even though if I were buying a phone on AT&T's website, I have to specifically opt-in to this plan. I've always had good experiences with Costco, and I was kind of shocked that this added cost was snuck into the contract - the agent would only quote me the per-month payment and never broke it down, and now I realize it was because she was likely trying to hide this extra add-on. I used to recommend others get their phones through Costco, but I certainly won't now, at least not at this location.

Not worth your time. Used to spend all my money here and at a certain point I realized their prices are not that good unless it's on discount. The place is always packed and miserable. The employees are pressured to get you to buy their executive card. Me answering no thank you should be the end of that, but it never is. Go through self checkout if you wanna avoid that headache.

A good place to go for gas and food for the holidays. They always have some good deals. December is a good month for shopping for a new TV. Christmas items are a good deal during December.You must be a member to shop at the Costco Warehouse. Check them out and see what they can do for you.

This is maybe the best Costco in the Atlanta area, this one and Cumberland Mall, but the parking is better here and it tends to have some unique offerings when compared to the rest of the area. Busy all of the time as you might expect, but the Woodstock area is not nearly as populated as the as the other Costco locations around Atlanta. Gas pumps have 3 pumps per row, most only have 2, so that’s nice.

This particular visit the associate JACKIE YELLED Me when I asked her for help and told me the item was available, I was directed to the item by another staff that over heard Jackie yelling at me'. I contacted a manager but they know how she is and continue to employ someone with such a nasty attitude. I will never return.

We have two Costco's within a 30 minute drive. This is not our normal Costco that we go to. It has advantages over the other one and some disadvantages. All in all Costco's a great place. You tend not to really save any money you always walk out of their spending more than if you would gone someplace else. Having said that you walk out with a lot more stuff but your wallet is a lot more empty!

VERY SAD AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT COSTCO !!!❌❌❌❌⛔️⛔️⛔️GENERAL MANAGER CARLOS AND EMPLOYEES should step down and GO BACK TO TRAINING, THE SUPERIOR ENCHARGE STAFF NEED TO KNOW how this people is running their Bussiness.I HAVE TO WARN EVERYONE ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️I was at the store yesterday for the first time and it was literally the worst experience in my life in a store.So we have bible study on Thursday Nov 16th and one of the lady’s in the group is having a baby shower today Saturday NOV 18th and we learned that she may use some help for it, and I offer to help to buy groceries for the food she is cooking and so my oldest sister suggest that I should go to Costco and since I dont have a membership but she did and so she handed to me.So yesterday FRiDAY NOV 17th after work I stopped at the store with my youngest sister and we were so excited to be able to help our dear friend after about 3 and a half hours of shopping, which I ended up buying different jackets and shoes etc for my 3 kids and my self for winter and as we walking out to pay a lady stopped us with a VERY UNHAPPY ATTITUDE AND DISGUST IN HER FACE and ask us at the door for the membership and showed it to her, me and my sister are talking then she starts screaming for supervisor it got our attention then this SECOND LADY COMES WITH A VERY FAISTY ATTITUDE NOT SMILE BUT ANGRY LOOKING FACE and while Lady at the door explains that that membership is not on my name and so I reply no is my sisters membership this is the first time coming here then she explains that I cannot share the membership and told her I didn’t know about it obviously my sister didn’t know either, and ask me to buy a membership on my name and then I asked how much it was she said $60dls and I said ok so as I try to start walking with the cart to costumer service and make a decision to buy it or not since they already have treated me with a very terrible attitude and anger now I’m doubting if I want to bring my Bussiness/ money to a store like this, She GRABBED THE CART ON THE SIDE AND STOPPED IT AND PUSHED ME WITH HER WHOLE BODY, I let go the cart and ask to speak with her manager and that should’ve never done that, it was unnecessary, she goes and talked to the lady checking membership and confirms that she didn’t pushed me denying it, both of them agreed, the shift manager EVAN comes and I explains what happens and told him how the employees had treated me and pushed and ask him to please check the camera, she agrees and does it, and so while He is gone I tried to asked to another employee the name of the General Manager but the lady that is checking the memberships again starts screaming and tell him TO NOT HELP ME!!That the manager EVAN was helping me and not to respond the other guy stay quiet and then LOOKED at me with an attitude as Well, I turn on my camera in my phone and let her know that I was recording all and the way I was being treated and then she said That’s fine. At this point I am very upsetTHE GENERAL MANAGER CARLOS came Not even say hello or no smile BUT ANGER and HE ALREADY starts YELLING AT ME and asked WHAT WAS THE BIG DEAL??I told him I had my camera on and was recording and He WAS SO ANGRYI started telling him about the ASSAULT with HIS EMPLOYEE and HE REPLIES “ We already told You THERES NO EVIDENCE and you have no permission to record me I stopped the recording then He said GET OUT OF THE STORE IM CALLING THE COPS FOR TRESPASSING SINCE YOU DONT EVEN HAVE A MEMBERSHIP THIS IS A PRIVATE PROPERTY and they did. A costumer approached me and told me that an employee had Hit her with a cart at the entrance because she had a service dog, they apologize and gave her a gift card and advise me to seek legal advise and she will testify what happened to her.I owned different Bussiness in woodstock including a restaurant in the past so I clearly know costumer service, in Woodstock we are not like that we are people with good values and morals. COSTCO invest in your employees so they WORK happy⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ please be aware !!!

It's clean and crowded. Also, overpriced. Check other apps and compare. Look at per ounce, etc. Don't just buy in bulk and think it's a better deal. It's not. But some people will continue over stocking their carts will illusions it's a good deal.
