Impossible to talk to anyone from the pharmacy. Tried calling 3 times and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time and no one ever answered.

The pharmacy staff are not only rude, they refused to even talk to me even though it was 10 minutes before they were scheduled to go to lunch. They all marched out like robots stating’we are people and need to eat’. I tried to tell them that I was there 10 minutes before they closed for lunch, but they all just kept repeating those words. Also, I went through the drive through days prior to this and the girl with her hair all different colors, lied to me and told me that they couldn’t order the medication I was prescribed and and they didn’t have it. I found out, from the actual pharmacist, that they do order medication they don’t have. Today I was told by my doctor to call CVS about the medication and I was on hold for 26 minutes and then they hung up on me. I kept calling back and they kept hanging up. This whole thing is a nightmare and I’m switching another pharmacy.

Hour long wait times for the drive through pharmacy, and they often don’t have the ability to fill prescriptions I need.I’d recommend the Walgreens down the road.

This pharmacy is disorganized.Everytime I call regarding a prescription transfer; I get a different answer.This past weekend, I was promised that my prescription transfer went through and that my medication would be ready for pickup only to show up and be told that my transfer was NEVER received.Nobody seems to know their left from their right.So annoying.I'm willing to travel out of the way to another location for my meds, in order to deal with competent staff.Sheesh.

The Minute clinic staff at this location is above and beyond. The Nurse Practitioner, Kimberly, always makes me feel at ease and educated in my diagnosis. I never feel glazed over or unheard and always know I’m in good hands when I visit this MinuteClinic office! I personally drive out of my way passing several other Minute Clinic offices/ urgent care centers just to be seen by NP Kimberly!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. You will sit on hold for an hour, then someone answers and HANGS UP ON YOU, REPEATEDLY! Absolute dumpster fire, this place should be shut down and everyone who works there should be fired! Corporate needs to wake up and fix the awful service at all of their stores!

I was in extreme pain trying to check out the machine wouldn’t take my money and the worker was standing 5 feet behind me just on his phone and wouldn’t help. I went to pharmacy to be able to pay but took about 10 minutes to do because the male pharmacy worker would walk away every two seconds to help every person after me first. Thank goodness for the female pharmacy worker for finally stepping up and helping me after seeing what her coworker was doing. Went to leave and the worker was in the same spot on his phone didn’t even cancel my order off the checkout and just watched me walk out.Pretty sad the entire time I was in there (even 30 min before to drop off my meds) he was on his phone but anytime I’d look at something he’d stand behind me as if I were going to steal everything I glanced at. But wouldn’t help when I said the machine won’t take any of my money. How dare I inconvenience his phone time

I was getting a prescription filled at this pharmacy and the pharmacy technician was very rude and condescending! He decided to give me his two cents on taking excedrin, like I didn’t know that! I told him I knew that nicely and he kept giving me attitude and wouldn’t shutup about it. As a customer this is very rude and disrespectful and he needs to have better social skills! Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!!

This is the worst representation of healthcare professionals. The amount of errors that have occurred monthly I'm shocked and disappointed that the pharmacy is still in business. The only upside it's 24/7. The downside every single tech or pharmacist is in a constant state of attitude and disrespectful behavior. They have consistently on a monthly schedule have had issues with refills on my medication. They lack any professionalism, they play the blame game and always have an excuse for there mistakes. I have had medications change, I have had no instructions applied. I have spoken to every pharmacist during there shift and it's always someone's fault. They blame the doctors, there computer systems, everyone but themselves. They don't communicate internally it's a revolving door. Today Sean answered the phone, his phone skills and terrible attitude is the last straw for this company. It's disappointing coming from healthcare to see how the hiring is done at this place. Go to a local pharmacy who treats you more like a human with respect, rather then someone who is a constant bother by speaking up for there constant mistakes. Medicine should not be handled by people who don't respect the system, by treating everyone else like the problem.

The staff at my Towne Lake pharmacy are always so helpful and respectful, they work very hard to make sure our prescriptions are ready for us when we need them. I appreciate everyone who works at this pharmacy so much , kindness and patience goes a long way ,this is a very busy pharmacy and I am extremely grateful they are there when we need them ,being open 24 hours a day can't be easy . Thank you Latasia and Mark.Thank you for being there when we need you

They definitely need more help in their pharmacy. When they are busy, everyone looks stressed out. Unfortunately, I'm not qualified, but it I was I would jump in there and help. The only reason I go there cause is close to the house. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else. Also, is my day off, so I'm going to be nice and give it three stars. Otherwise, we'll you know where I'm going.

I like the Pharmacy staff at this location. I could tell they were super busy and had a lot on their plates, but it was equally evident that they work as a team, communicate well with patients, and get things done in a timely manner. They also managed to throw in smiles and personal interest! ?
