Deep Roots in downtown Woodstock has quickly become my favorite spot to unwind. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly calming and inviting. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, with a sophisticated yet comfortable vibe that lets you truly relax.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the wonderful staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to offer recommendations. Their attentiveness and friendly service elevate the entire experience.
If you're looking for a place with a fantastic wine selection and a beautifully calm atmosphere you absolutely have to visit Deep Roots. It's a true gem in Woodstock!

We just had the best experience at your wine tasting dinner. Food was excellent thanks to Chef Ryan! Service was excellent! Everyone who works here is so friendly, personable, and lovely to talk too. Can’t wait till next month! The food was delicious.

Ladies, ladies, ladies: We came over after a small beverage at Stout Brothers. Your place is clean, perfectly placed, and awesome! Thank you for the kindness, honestly, and over all giggles. (And for putting up with my spicy sass). What a great environment: I only review places that impress me. So you too get an 11/10. Thank you Paige and Julie for your genuine service. You are awesome! I really want this place to make it, but I think some
changes are in order. I’m strictly a Chardoney drinker and didn’t care for any of the ones on tap and they were pretty lukewarm. Not a ton of people in there, and the people who were there I think wanted to stay past close but closes early IMO. The food was ok, I did have my birthday here last year and the staff was amazing and everyone had a great time! I think there’s a loss on some details though and those are going to be important to pick things back up! Please please stay in Woodstock! Also - bring back the ice cream sandwhiches.

Had a great experience here with some friends the other night! Really fun place to get together. Bought a bottle of wine to share with the table. Also ordered the ceasar salad, chicken bianca flatbread and crème brule cheesecake and everything was SO delicious. Will definitely be back!

First time in. Just happened to be walking by. First impression - extremely unclear on what to do upon entering. Stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes - direct eye contact with multiple employees. Others were greeted and helped (Hi! How have you been??) Did I walk into a private event without signage and no one felt like letting me know? It was weird. I assumed that maybe I’m supposed to do something else myself and not get assistance. Do I grab one of the glasses and pour my own tasting? (It appeared so at first, because the entire setup was on the customer side and not behind the counter. But then I second guessed myself, because I only saw employees doing it.) Went right back to the counter, was ignored some more, then decided I’d rather go to Total Wine instead. They didn’t care. No goodbyes, thank you, have a nice day, or anything. This place gives extremely rude, unhelpful, unfun, and unwelcome vibes.

We really love this place! They have a great selection of wines and I like that they offer a variety of different price points on the wines as well. Great for both date nights and girl nights.

First time at this place and really enjoyed the wine and food. The wings are great and the servers are nice too.
We did have the margarita flatbread and the crust was a little too thick for me. It was more like pizza. I will be going back to try other dishes.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and a great place for a date.
