Sales associate Daniel was terrible. He greeted everyone that went before me. But when I got up to the register he didn’t say anything and took a deep breath like I did something. And I simply stood in line like everyone else and waited patiently. It’s not a good look especially when everyone was white and I’m black.

Boxes every where seems like their storage it’s about to burst because there’s no more space there. You feel overwhelmed in this location. This location needs attention ASAP

When I see Daniel working, i know my experience is about to become horrible. Daniel is extremely rude. He throws the items after he rings them, and I literally have to reach behind the counter and get my items as he would not hand them to me. I thought it was just me, but he treats all customers the same. I will have to get corporate involved about him.

This is the second visit that I made here that their registers froze up. 10 min wait . Ridiculous that corporate doesn’t help these employees with better systems and better pay! Not coming back !

Horrible customer service, the manager Joanne or Joanna is rude as can be. Doesn't care about her employees or the customers. She shouldn't be a manager, they have to be desperate.

I like the Dollar Tree shops. $1.25 on most of the items is still pretty good. Why waste money at other stores on items like toothbrushes, cotton balls, Q tips, wrapping paper, etc. Greeting cards are already worth the trip. They can become very costly elsewhere. Some of the items priced at $3.00, $4.00 or $5.00 are still not too expensive. Yes, there are some items I would not buy from there, but I feel that I do save a lot of money while stopping at the Dollar Tree. This store was fairly well organized and the Sales Associate, Alva, was very friendly. I will keep sopping there when I am in the neighborhood.

This is usually the better of the dollar trees in the area, but just went tonight and shelves were empty. It was so bad that I double checked for a going out of business sign when I left. From other reviews, Looks like it’s been like this for awhile. Was a waste to even go in there.

Is this place closing down? I've been coming to this location for years. For the last month or two every time I come in, the shelves are completely empty. It's a shame that I have to travel a few miles to another location to get what I'm used to getting from this store in woodstock. Sad.
