Another great experience with Extra Space Storage. I've used three different locations in the Atlanta area, and they've always been really professional. Steven was very helpful. The spaces are always clean and easy to access, but secure. Also, the price is right with the first month free, which it really is. If you can get out before the first month is up, the space is indeed free (there is an application cost, required insurance, and buying a lock, but still a great deal). I always feel good using this storage company.

This is by far the best storage facility that I have been to. It’s very clean and the rates are great. Steven has been so helpful and amazing to work with. If you’re looking for a new storage facility this is the place to be!

This is a very nice facility with a luxurious type feel to it. The elevator is well lit, with soft walls not like your standard elevator. The storage unit is very spacious and Steven is really down to earth and friendly and very professional. I would recommend anyone needing a nice, clean, safe and secure place to store things they value here.

Had the greatest experience with Stephen at Extra Space. I had to keep coming back for more units and he was most accommodating. He even got to know my family members as they showed up with trucks and always made sure they had what they needed on site. It was the most painless “storage” experience ever!

So far so good, I had a guy name Steven help me out, he was very courteous and took his time explaining the terms of my rental.Location was very clean and well kept, made me feel comfortable putting my stuff there.

Attaining storage can be a very dry experience. Fortunately, this facility does a great job in giving you a great experience. I was able to check in easily online. Upon arrival, Stephen gave me a warm welcome and was very accommodating. The facilities are less than a year old, secure, and clean. I’ve used Extra Space in other cities and this location did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

This place has been nothing but helpful though out my entire time using a storage space with this location.”Steven”Has always been welcoming each time i come in Steven is always telling me to stay hydrated and asking me if i need water or if i need anything whenever i am there to get anything out of my unit i definitely recommend you check them out he will take care of you. also your belongings couldn’t have a more secure place here!

Had a very positive experience today at this location. Stephen was exceptionally helpful and patient with us. Thanks to him we were able to smoothly transfer from our current unit to a bigger one without any setbacks. He was informative and very attentive the whole time. I highly recommend!

If you want a clean, safe space for storage I highly recommend this extra space on Cherokee Ln! Stephen gave amazing customer service as he walked us to our units, and had no problem with us transferring to bigger units! He was very kind and helpful! If you are thinking about coming to extra storage I highly recommend asking for him!

Steven was very helpful with our storage needs. ivana was awesome when showing me how to change sizes of units and what would fit my needs. The place is nice and clean at all times and overall awesome.The price is right for those in need of storage asap!

Had an amazing experience loading up my storage unit, Stephyn was so nice and made it a smooth and great experience, when I realized my storage unit I originally bought was too small he helped me change to a bigger size easily, the entire building is very clean and looks new. Highly recommended coming here for your storage!
