“Had accident injuring shoulder , unable to sleep despite OTC analgesics and NSAIDs. Able to see Dr Lammert the next day who ascertained through ROM movement it was my upper back/neck region injured. He prescribed short term treatment modality and, if not resolved, referred to Orthopedic Specialist for further treatment.”
