Online it says the cost to ship a single sweatshirt domestic through FedEx is $12. They charged me $20. Next time I’m definitely going with USPS for $10.

Great service repeatedly from the Hwy 92 location in Woodstock. It's managed well. Shout out to Nicholas who knows what it takes to give TLC to sound gear and instruments.

I had the worst Customer Service from A girl named “Tru”. complete B! seemed to be so put out by having her to help me with my 2 returns. as I was leaving she told her co worker, “ She’s not going out from behind the counter anymore to help anyone. also, I asked to see my package so I could transfer a number and she sighed and rolled her eyes. she should NOT be in a Customer Service position with her attitude. They should fire her immediately!
