I didn't get a hey hello nothing inside calling out hello. Finally had to walk out of a door labeled only customers appointed by employees allowed beyond this point. Wow. I would have waited in the showroom for 20 minutes before getting noticed. Its gets worse. Then when I finally get the man off the phone they literally had me waiting another 20 minutes to pick up my customers car witch was already supposed to be ready. No value for another's time here. No consideration. This entire store needs a refreshment class on customer etiquette.

I dropped my E 300 for a simple oil change tire rotation and balance. On Thursday at 1130 am. I was promised Malik that my car will be ready at 5pm. At 4:45pm I checked the status, I was informed by Malik the manager that my car will be ready before they closed at 7pm. At 6:45 I arrived to pickup my car I was informed by a different tea to work on my car. At that moment I was now promised a different pickup time to get my car on Friday at 9am. I called back at 10am and was then told that my car won’t be ready until 12noon.At 12:20pm I received a call that my car was ready.. after retrieving my car my low tire pressure came on. Also a burning smell coming through my air vents. The picture attached how how the technician Tristan left my car with a puddle of oil just sitting on the top of my hot engine,When I returned to the location both the manager Malik and Tristan told me that they don’t see what the big problem is.They both very unprofessional people and should not be working on anyone car.They decided to clean the oil from of the engine, by spraying brake cleaner fluid, which then splashed more oil and brake fluid cleaner on top of the hot engine.These guys are very young inexperienced technicians. They do not value customers and they both need retraining to handle customer service solutions. If they are not capable of doing a simple oil change and Tristan is the best mechanic in the facility. Avoid taking your car to this location. The inconvenience is not worth it.Services: Tires

Spent $ for break pads replacement 2 days ago. I just found out they were not replaced.Guess what? Yes, I can't reach anyone at this location now. Go figure.....Ladies beware. I will have to get a male friend to go with me to get this corrected. Women always get taken advantage of. ? ?

Staff is good.Parts quality is JUNK.Warranted brakes through silverrock(carvana sold me a car with metal on metal)They slapped on solid rotors with organic pads.Less than a month later rear rotors are cracked and front are warped.I would’ve thought it was my driving but I drive a manual and slow down with the engine, only time I use my brakes are when coming to a complete stop.Services: Wheel alignment

i will never go back to this place. Worst most unreliable service I've ever experienced. 1st trip was for basic oil change and new windshield wipers. i had to make 3 return trips, oil was leaking and it took 2 trips back for them to resolve that issue. Other rerun trip was because the windshield wiper flew off (no joke). 2nd service trip was for basic oil change, alignment, tire rotation and balance. We picked up vehicle and took back within a day because the low tire air pressure light was on. All 4 tires had varying air pressure numbers, 26,28,28,30. they should be set to 34. I asked why would they take air out of the tires and the kid said "I have no idea". Also they placed someone else's service sticker in our car! it showed we're due for next oil change in 20,000 miles, can't make this stuff up. You'd be better off trying to do the work yourself.

They left with $2600 damages on my car, after a simple car part exchange, and the regional manager Daniel D. would not even return my calls 2 wks later after case filing with customer support...

I bought the lifetime front end alignment package two years ago. My daughter bought the car in and they charged her full price!! Were the computers down that day?Then I brought my car in for an oil change and this is how I got it back!!

Sat for almost 3 hours after asking for a single tire to be changed out. After they told me they'd have to order it and for me to come again a second time, I decided not to go through with their business. Then they charged me for a tire inspection. Felt like I paid money for my car to float in the air for multiple hours.

Don't come here unless you want to babysit your car the whole time to ensure they don't do extra work on it. Brought my car to get 1 tire repaired. Confirmed to only change the 1 tire over the phone. When I picked up my car they added $100 of work to it with an oil change and battery change that I did not ask for. I explicitly said to change the tire and that's not what they did. I will be going back to Mavis or Chloe's auto repair where service is better and no extra work is done without being told about it.

I always get Firehawks.All was well, except for the Tech betting wrongly that I'd go for an oil change, and draining my oil.I a l w a y schange my own oil, filters, sensors, etc.In a way I'm glad the tech forgot also to place the oil fill cap. It was obviously laying sideways on my valve cover. Good thing I always lift the hood after having my car serviced anywhere.Cost me time and and extra 30 bux at Walmart to buy a 5 quart jug of Mobil 1 synthetic. I only had 3000 miles on the oil he drained. The filter and oil is rated for 15 to 20K, plus I always use the recommended ounces of Motorkote™Which is a good thing because I drove about 5-7 miles to home with no oil on the dipstick.I doubt the error was with malicious intent. While I wonder if management encourages such maligned action. I doubt a tech would do such a thing without some form of managerial suggestion.

It's not a place to get a quick oil change or tire rotation! If you use them here, be willing to drop off your vehicle and pick it up later at the end of the day. The counter person was helpful and nice.

Set an 9am appointment for wheel alignment. Terrance Is a good guy and all, but the business it's self is some s#!t. I've been going to Firestone for a couple years and I've had my last straw. 9am appointment turn into no work being performed. My left my car for an hour and half and came back to sit out the rest of the wait. 12oclock rolls around and no work still has been performed. Taking my business elsewhere and if you know any better by reading this post. You will too!!!

Staff has always been friendly and informative. They are more than fair with their practices and have never tried to push or sell anything that was unnecessary or unneeded. They are the most helpful and honest auto shop I've ever been to. They truly care about taking care of the customer and have always been good to me and my wife. This will continue to be my home auto care store.
