Thankful to have found First Citizens in Woodstock. They are what all banks should be. Friendly, efficient, reasonable and 5 star customer service. They seem to care about our business almost as much as we do. Very refreshing.

This branch is the absolute PITS. The branch manager and several of the associates are racist and biased. I have been discriminated against, treated unfairly, disrespected and nothing has been done as of yet about it. Since this all begin they have purposely closed two of my accounts just to be spiteful. One a week ago and the other today after I filed yet another report against her for closing the first. I have had a check pending now for almost a week for no reason at all for work I performed at a job site. I have received absolutely no help from them and my accounts were set up wrong for over a year. When they finally got them fixed and realized it was their fault instead of correcting it they begin to close them one by one back to back. I have filed four or five complaints against this branch prior to coming here and leaving a review. Worst banking experience ever and I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I called to make an appointment with the branch manager to meet with my 91 year-old mother and me. I explained it would be brief but personal and we wanted to meet in person. We both have had accounts at the bank for several years. The woman I spoke with was not a good listener and had poor customer service skills. She went on to tell me it would take 3+ days to secure an appointment with the much too busy branch manager. Due to the poor service, I took my mother to Ameris Bank where I also have an account. The branch manager there was able to assist us and provide much better service. When my schedule slows down, I plan to go to the First Citizens in Woodstock and close my account. It’s a shame one employee at this bank can destroy a multi-year customer relationship. When my Mother returned to her home in NC, she was able to meet with a manager at her local branch of First Citizens and had a much better experience than how we were blown off by the insincere team in Woodstock Ga. This is the same reason I chose Ameris bank rather than First Citizens to open a $200k line of credit recently. In summary, find a bank that lives up to their mission statement!

One of the most disorganized banks I've ever dealt with in my 28 years of doing business customer service is horrendous and the treatment is horrible you would think the Democrats run this bank

Becky is an absolute gem! She has remembered me on several occasions and gone above an beyond to help me with my requests. She is friendly, helpful and everything you want in customer service! This bank gives you the small town service that is lacking in other banks.

Help when you need it most is very powerful. I have business and personal accounts with First Citizens. I prefer a smaller, regional bank rather than a large national group. With the smaller bank, they know me. When the pandemic hit, I called my local branch and they immediately offered many solutions including deferring commercial loan payments. Many of my colleagues who finance with the national banks are not having a good experience or outcome. I called the cell phone of Joe Bennett, my commercial banker at First Citizens. My colleagues had to call 1-800 numbers, left messages and often were never called back. I am very grateful for the support First Citizens has given me as a small business during this COVID shutdown.

Can not say enough good things about this bank! Small town feel - but they can handle your big time needs. Always a pleasure seeing Ms. Willie and Ms. Becky at the drive-thru. Even my fur baby loves seeing them (they always have a special treat for him).

I have to say... I walked into this bank after being made aware that my bank was closed by the government and I was in total surprise. First Citizen was the bank taking over all the accounts. These people are so nice. Its like being back in a small town bank with folks that care. Thank you so much.
