Max and Mark truly saved the day and will make my wedding so special! I couldn’t be more thankful for them coming out on such short notice to install a flagpole. From start to finish, they were simply the best to work with—so kind, professional, and incredible communicators. Their willingness to go above and beyond amazed me, and I can’t recommend them enough.
They even traveled quite a distance just to help make my dream come true: flying the South African flag alongside the American flag for our big day. It meant the world to me and my family. I honestly wish I could give them a huge hug for everything they did! A massive thank you to Max and Mark—you are the reason our wedding will have such a meaningful and unforgettable touch!

Five-Star Experience with Flagsource Southeast
Max at Flagsource Southeast installed a bronze telescoping flagpole with an American flag at my home today, and I couldn't be more pleased. He arrived right on time, was highly professional, and did a seamless job installing the pole exactly where we wanted it.
Max gave me a quick and easy walkthrough of how to use the extending and retracting mechanism—it’s very user-friendly. After that, he mounted the flag and extended the pole to its full 25-foot height. The entire process took less than two hours.
We were genuinely surprised at how stately and impressive the flagpole made our front lawn look. It's a dramatic upgrade and a great value for the investment.
I had also gotten a quote from another company, but they were slow to respond and priced higher for the exact same product and installation.

I tried several different flagpoles from various sources and grew accustomed to disappointment. Poles were wearing out, stretching, rattling, leaning, even snapping in two at the base or right in the middle from moderate wind storms. I finally found Flagsource Southeast while looking to have a one piece heavy duty 25’ flagpole freighted to my house, but they showed me a segmented aluminum pole kit at an affordable price that is much heavier and stronger than anything else I had tried. I was able to pick it up in Woodstock right away and assemble it myself in an afternoon. All I had to buy was a few bags of sakrete mix to hold the base sleeve. They also sold me a 4’x6’ flag of superior quality. That was 2 years ago, and my flag is just now in need of replacement for the first time. The pole still looks brand new and is absolutely vertical with no sign of loosening. I could not be more satisfied, as it is just perfect. I have ordered a new flag from them, and they still had my customer info. It’s great to have friends in high places! Thank you FS!!

Our facility recently underwent an expansion which took approximately a year to complete. I contacted Mark at the beginning of the project for some quotes. Throughout the year he remained in communication but was never overly pushy. A year later we finally sealed the deal and purchased our new flag and flagpole. Mark & Max were such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. If you are in need of anything flag related, look no further! I am convinced that they are best!
