Well we went in for a watch and we’re south Asian and not white so we weren’t greeted. Like you’re fossil, not Rolex so cut that attitude lol. Other white customers were greeted and helped as they walked in. White ghetto much? We were in a time crunch and that was annoying.

Krystl and Karen were fabulous taking care of our watch needs! We went in to buy a new watch and trade in a non-working one. They were able to get the non working one working, as well as a couple of others we had working again. AND we bought 2 new ones! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Sales rep Zoe was awesome. At one point there were quite a few customers in store and she engaged everyone and was very informative. There was another rep there but she was just on her phone. Got a great deal on two watches. They were each $59!

I am a very loyal Fossil customer but after a recent visit with a friend I am totally offended from this store. I am Caucasian and went in with a African American friend. They did not greet us but kept staring at us. Other white customers who came in were greeted and treated with respect. I will never go back to this store again.

I ordered links for my watch and it was like going through a maze. The ppl didn't know how to bill. They billed me three times then the second time they billed me twice. This experience could have been way better if the had better representatives that worked the phones.

I purchased a Kingston satchel in July of 2022 and in November the metal attachment to connect the strap to the purse fell apart. Went to the outlet store today to see if I could have the strap replaced. The manager told me to call customer service as it would be under warranty. Called as instructed to be informed there isn’t any warranty and there isn’t a way to purchase a replacement. Pretty sad that a Kohl’s brand purse lasts longer than a Fossil. Maybe the watches are okay but I will no longer purchase anything from them.

I don’t have any option for 0 star so giving them 1 star to post the review. I had a very bad experience at Fossil, Woodstock Mall, Georgia. I purchased watches for my kids and it’s not working. So I thought of returning it and took it to the same Fossil store. During the return process the sales person who took my return stated that your watches has not been charged when you purchased. I was explaining that I bought 3 watches and a wallet and its total is $132. But you are saying I didn’t purchase for its original price that is $29.99 each. When he was scanning the item box it showed $0. I asked him to scan the price tag attached to the watch which was inside the box. But he insisted both are same. Then a lady and another person said everything is right and they accused me of not returning the original items which I have a clear purchase receipt and the first return receipt where it was $0. The lady at the store was so rude to me and accused me for everything. After a long time spent on explaining, he scanned the price tag on the watch and said it’s his mistake. That lady also said everything has been taken care of in a rude way without even a sorry. Meanwhile I heard other sales person whispering “whatever the lady wants and ask her to leave the place immediately”. This is pure form of racism that I have gone through at the store today. Everyone in the store is behaving the same way to the customers based on the color. I thought buying and returning the product only requires the receipt and the product itself. But it’s not the case with that Fossil store any more
