Came to exchange a Christmas gift. While I was in store I asked about a screw back for my stud earrings that I lost. I had been searching for a new one since loosing one a few years ago. I have tried several jewelry stores over the years, and every time they did not have a match. FINALLY, the wait is over!!!!! J our sales associate was very attentive, patient, and friendly! Superb customer service! I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience! Thank you J! You are the man!!!! LOL!

Outstanding experience I had with this location! I would give much more stars if I could! Patience, expertise, courtesy, caring staff and stellar customer service throughout my purchase with Adrian and Brittany. What a magnificent job Adrian did explaining the 4 C’s and assisting us with my purchase. His expertise truly made the difference for me! I walked out of the store extremely pleased with my purchase.

Wonderful experience at Jared in the Woodstock. Specifically, Brittany the store manager, provided excellent customer service. She explained each item thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable about the details of each piece I inquired. She made the shopping experience for my sister and I a pleasure!
