Karen was excellent! She took care of my tax return request right away, efiled a prior year tax return I was dreading with the IRS in a matter of hours, helped me to maximize my refund and has reached out to keep me updated too! Her upbeat attitude and seamless process made everything very easy. Her rate was fair, and she even worked to give me an added discount for services. Best tax service experience ever. I will be returning to her in the future for tax and accounting needs!!!

I came across Karen whilst reading other reviews on Google and she reached every high expectation. Sorted out my mess of multiple tax returns past and present and always took her time to listen, understand and then decide on the best action. So grateful.

We used Karen to do our 2020 business and personal taxes after having issues with our previous tax guy. He made a mess of our taxes, and Karen was able to wade through the mess and get us back on track. She is friendly, very knowledgeable, easy to work with and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Karen Fuller for your tax needs.

I just opened an Etsy shop and there was so much I needed to learn about taxes and the legal side of running a business. I looked up tax services on Google and Karen was the first to pop up. She was local so that was a bonus. Also I wanted an Enrolled Agent. Karen was so responsive and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and didn’t mind that I had so many questions. She helped me set up my LLC for my business so seamlessly. It was such an easy process and way more affordable than an attorney’s quote I received. She does fantastic work and I will definitely stick with Karen for all of my tax needs. She has won my business. Thank you so much for making a daunting process so easy!!!

Highly recommend Karen. She graciously answered any and all questions that I had for her and took the time to review my tax return with me, line by line. Karen is an amazing and knowledgable tax professional. Most recently, after not seeing or speaking with her for months, she helped me with several complicating stimulus payment questions coming from relatives overseas. Her advice was critical to their applying for and receiving those checks.

Reached out to Karen to help with my mother's taxes. Karen responded quickly to my request and worked diligently, having it filed within 2 days. Despite the challenges of doing business during the pandemic, Karen was able to handle everything over the phone and securely online. We will be using her again next year!

After my previous tax preparer refused to take responsibility for and amend the numerous mistakes he made on my 2018 taxes, I found myself in the position of searching for a new person. I had to pay someone else to undo the mess he made and I was furious. I was receiving letters from the IRS that I didn’t understand. I was told by a CPA that I didn’t actually need a CPA to amend and prepare my returns, but instead I should look for an Enrolled Agent. So off I went to Google to find someone. Since Karen Fuller was local, I thought I would give her a try. She was very empathetic to my situation and quoted me a very reasonable rate to proceed. I was very impressed at how thorough Karen was and her patience in explaining everything to me. Thanks to Karen’s expertise, I was able to amend my 2018 taxes and am looking forward to receiving a substantial refund. For my 2019 taxes, she explained things line by line. Her goal was to not only prepare my taxes, but to have me understand them as well.
