Branden done an amazing job at helping us and was very dedicated to me and my wife and helping us find and purchase our forever wedding rings. Me and my wife live over 4 hours away from this particular store but would gladly drive back to do business with them and have Branden help us!!!

If you have another option to buy a ring anywhere else: do it. This company and store has messed up repairs on my ring so many times, I'm about to lose count. From stones (major and small) falling off of my ring, to the company CONSTANTLY incorrectly "correcting" my ring. I had a birthstone for my deceased father-in-law placed on the band.It fell out and then they replaced it with the wrong stone and tried to convince me I was wrong at first (they put in a small diamond, his birth stone is amethyst). Now one of the main diamonds has come out and we gave it to them MONTHS ago for repair. They sent it to the wrong place, then the place didn't have the right equipment/piece (honestly can't remember, it's been so much). I was supposed to pick up my ring in February, then March, and my husband was called last week by a team member saying it won't be ready until MAY. For a singular main stone and (hopefully they won't forget) to replace my deceased father's birthstone. These people will give you the run-around and gaslight you. It'll be over 6 months without my wedding ring because of Kay's mistakes. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The moment your insured ring needs work, they will put on their customer service smiles and mislead you. The team member (I think it was the manager) called back to see if she can"pull some strings"" but we've been promised this before. That was last week and not have heard a peep since. But I am not surprised, just so so disappointed. My ring is stunning, but the run-around I've been getting, I will never recommend Kay.

I was helped by Branden at the Woodstock location. He was EXCELLENT! I was very indecisive and tried on SEVERAL rings and even when I found the ring that I loved I still took forever to make a final decision. He was extremely patient with me. Great experience!

I have been doing business with this Kay jewelers for the past five years. I have bought multiple items from them and have even referred friends and family. I bought my wife’s wedding ring five years ago and purchased a lifetime warranty on the ring. We had the ring inspected at the end of June (their recommendation is every 6 months). At the beginning of January my wife’s center diamond fell out of her ring. Upon my wife’s initial encounter with the store in the day the stone fell out, she was told they could send it off and it would “possibly” be covered. When arriving at the store the narrative was quickly changed and they began showing her new diamonds that she could purchase for the ring and saying it would not be covered.I called the store a week ago and have waited for the manager to call me about our warranty after customer service told us it would be the stores “discretion.” The manager finally returned my call a week later. I was very disappointed with the initial conversation starter of the manager encouraging us to purchase a new stone with little concern of how they could assist with fixing the ring under our PURCHASED warranty.I was then informed that due to the fact we were “a month” (less than 30 days) past our inspection date, they could no longer honor the lifetime warranty that we purchased.My brother-in-law also had a similar issue with his wife’s ring and Kay’s were not willing to honor their warranty either. We will now be taking our business elsewhere, and I would suggest anyone do the same or not waster their time or money with their warranties!
