All of our questions and concerns were answered to our satisfaction. Elizabeth ensured the floor installation were on the days we preferred and that the product was available as well. The flooring technician, Junior (JR), came and did everything necessary to ensure the sub-floor was perfectly level. Junior sanded the floor joists vice sanding the plywood and making it too thin. He put down a cement self-leveling compound and on the second day, he installed the flooring and quarter round. Instead of putting down the next flooring piece in the box, he made sure that the design and color scheme, looked fabulous and off-set the boards.

Junior’s remarkable ability to make this the best day of our lives and his meticulous attention to detail and coordination efforts, resulted in giving us a bedroom floor that is unmatched.

Junior displayed great customer service, intelligence, technical expertise and professional knowledge and his communication skills are unsurpassed. He possess the qualities necessary in a successful business – the ability to balance the needs of the company with the greater needs of the customer.

“10/10 showroom service from Lori. She was very patient and walked me and my family through all of our options. She even got us a small sample piece to take home while we wait for the countertop to be cut. We were blown away by Lori's knowledge, design input, and helpful attitude. This was not a planned project for us, so budget was a driving factor. Lori explained our options, and we were able to find something well within budget that we absolutely love. We will certainly be back when we have another countertop project.

“I love shopping at Ollie's. It's kind of like a box of chocolates as you never know what you're going to find, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend signing up for their member program as it provides additional discounts.

Ollie's carries everything from electronics and clothes (Mostly men's) and small appliances to snacks, toiletries, pet foods, books (tons!) and outdoor products. I've bought several small electronic gadgets from Ollie's but have had to return several of them as either they didn't work or were so cheaply made as to be unusable. But I take it with a grain of salt as this is a discount store and the products are not by any means high-end, but there are still some really good deals on a lot of different products.

I routinely buy outdoor and garden products, puppy potty pads, and suet for the birds (though they do run out of it on occasion), low-cost books, and dog treats.

Ollie's is located off Riverstone Parkway in Canton, in the strip mall with Goodwill and next to Harbor Freight.”
