“We started the process to renovate our master bathroom in January. It was an exhausting process until we found Giovanni's Tile Design. From the moment we spoke to them about the entire process, we knew we had found the right company. They listened to what we liked, and didn't like, and they started designing our new bathroom. They had wonderful ideas that we had not even thought possible. Everything, from the design process to demolition to installation went perfectly. Everyone who worked in our home respected both us and our home. They cleaned every day before they left. The work is flawless. We have done several renovation projects in the past, but none ever went as perfectly as this. We knew they would do a beautiful job for us, but our expectations were greatly exceeded. Every day, for at least twenty to thirty minutes, we don't even feel like we are at home. We feel like we've been taken to another place, a special place. They did such a beautiful job for us that we are now working with them on our kitchen renovation. They take pride and quality in every aspect of their work, it shows, and we thoroughly enjoy it. “We were pleased with our remodel but there needs to be better communication. Finding out after the fact that our contract stated it would be an additional cost to have something fixed was a little disturbing, especially since they had to order and return to complete a job where enough material wasn't sent in the beginning. People really read your contracts. Now I must name Tyra(she was exceptional) Markeisha(really appreciate you responding when I had questions) Nancy(I hope you respond to emails and phone calls better) when you asked for payments we sent them immediately but when I reached out to you for explanations you never responded. Mike ( installed our cabinets was awesome) the young man that did the plumbing was great also and the electrician. I apologize for not remembering their names. Now, would we recommend Frugal Kitchens? Absolutely!! We love our remodel.”

I purchase a couch and it's top notch and very comfortable and how I imagined it to be. The value was also very good compared to the other vendors which made me return my previous purchase and go with this one. “Amazingly friendly tradesman (Mitch) and owner (Gurdon). I had a small project compared to the typically project size for this firm, but lucky me I got top quality results for doing work in the off-season (January). Gurdon was gracious when accepting my job and the unusual terms (I did the demo and painting to meet MY budget). Mitch did an exceptional job laying absolutely perfect tile and it was a very easy to mess up pattern. Plus the sub-floor had to be rebuilt. Mitch is really great at conversing and strategizing to keep the project on-track and helping my through the extra little decisions. Everyone was polite, professional, friendly, timely, and flexible. I would hire again in a flash (and I've used 4 contractors in this area, Gurdon is my favorite).”
